Dr Caplanis is absolutely the best in the business. When I found out that I would have to have a front tooth extracted and an implant put in I was devastated and absolutely terrified. At the time, I lived in AZ andI went to five different specialists but just wasn’t satisfied with anyone of them, I just didn’t feel that any of the Dr.‘s I went to were confident in a getting good results. I was referred to Dr. Caplanis by a previous dentist that I really loved when I lived in California and was immediately put at ease, he reassured me that I had nothing to worry about and that he would take care of everything! Having to travel back and forth from AZ to CA was tricky but Dr. Caplanis and his team was accommodating and they helped make sure the procedure went smoothly. The results are impeccable and I am so grateful to have gone through the implant procedure on my front with Dr. Caplanis, he is wonderful!

My husband had to have major dental surgery, and he was referred to Dr. Caplanis. I was very impressed with the caring and gentle nature of the entire staff. They took great care of him, and Dr. Caplanis even joked a bit with me, which I appreciated as it helped ease the worry! His staff was careful to make sure we understood all the post-​surgery instructions, and didn’t mind going over a few things again with us. They also called later at home to check on him. Great doctor and I would recommend him to others.

Dr. Caplanis is one of the most experienced implant surgeons in the Orange County area. As a former implant sales rep with one of the largest dental implant companies, I can tell you that his reputation is well known.
He is a well known and well respected International speaker and expert on implant dentistry, teaches at Loma Linda School of Dentistry and has held leadership positions in many prestigious dental organizations (local and national).
Not only would I go to him for dental implant and/​or Perio work, but I would send my family. I also know that many in the industry use his services too, so don’t hesitant if you need dental implant or other related work done.
