Thank you to Ron Vinas and Felix D. for such a wonderful experience. I am a first time buyer, and they made the process so easy for me. They were friendly, accommodating, and especially helpful with making the process as quick and painless as possible.
You guys rock! I appreciate your help and the amazing deal! I’m definitely recommending this dealership to friends and family.

Super disappointed with the service today. Came in for an oil change and was told it would be an hour and the shuttle would be arriving in 20 minutes… an hour later the car is not ready rep Arman just said the service will be complete in 30 minutes and the shuttle will be arriving any minute
The customer service has gone down, it’s no wonder they didn’t get best car dealer in their territory.
Guess I’ll just wait the 30 minutes for the service to complete, but, I won’t hold my breath.

While this was the longest experience buying a car, it was also the best, and that absolutely has everything to do with Sam M, a lovely older salesman who simply offers you the best advice, a patient demeanor, and he literally runs to get something done to not waste your time. No, I’m not kidding: he will run from one end of the lot to the other if you need something.
My wife and I were looking for a new family car, and we were waffling between a Pilot and an HRV. Sam showed us both, drove us to their storage lot to let us see all the ones that they had in stock, and even helped find us the perfect HRV that had no options that we did not want, even though he could have easily slipped in another model that had small add-​ons that would have increased the cost by 2k easily. He listened to our needs, and he was responsive to them. He fought hard for us with the manager, and he was willing to go back and negotiate again and again, never getting frustrated with me, and it paid off as I got the financing down to 0% APR, and if Sam wasn’t on my side during that, it never would have happened.
That already makes him one of the greats, but to reach his status, he went even further: due to a paperwork error on my car title, he drove to Irvine the next day to get all the paperwork signed to ensure I could drive away in my new car. It was his day off, and he did it regardless because he wanted to ensure we got the car we wanted and that my wife did not have to spend any more time in the dealership than necessary.
Lou in finance was also a lovely young-​man that was quite affable, and overall, the entire experience was positive, even when spending nearly 6 hours there to get everything done. If you are going to Galpin, make sure to ask for Sam Mesrobian.

We were very satisfied with our service on buying our first used car from Honda. Edward was very nice and helpful to us.

This was the best Honda dealership I stepped in too. Of Course I went shopping around throughout different Honda dealership Miller Honda didn’t even see that I was there I was walking around for like 30– 40 minutes, some dealerships were too aggressive or some didn’t have the car I wanted in stock. The best part is that I called before to see if they had the car I wanted in stock and when I walked in they had it clean and ready for me to test drive it.
Micael Johansson was specifically who answers the phone, when I walked in he was was expecting me he had some water the best part was that he wasn’t pushy. Micael was super kind, and straight forward with the how galpin Honda works. I test drove the Honda Accord touring he showed me all the cool specs and features the car had. When I left to think about it he emailed me and offer with my line of work I’m busy all day and don’t get out till late I was able to text pretty late and get some answers I really liked the fact that he wasn’t blowing up my phone like numerous other dealerships that week. When I was ready and liked the offer I notified micael that i was coming in he had the car cleaned up, full gas tank and all my paper work ready to be signed I was done pretty quick with everything I really recommend this deal ship it has the best customer service and has numerous people like Micael that really do want to help you find the bet offer. I felt like i was in one of those helping Honda commercials when I walked in !

I’m sorry that I bought my car there, especially since they talked me into their special service package that is supposed to save me money but requires me to get my service from them.
I went to my first service appointment recently. It was for a simple oil change. The guy I made the appointment with was (of course) on a break so I had to wait just to check the car in.
Then they tell me that it will take an hour and a half. I said I didn’t have that much time to wait and started to leave. Then the guy says he can get me out faster so I said okay. I still waited 30 minutes more than he «guaranteed.»
My biggest complaint is that the service writer was not able to answer any of my questions.
This was my first visit with a brand new car so I had some questions. He knew nothing about the technology, nothing about the key fob, and had nothing to contribute when I asked why my mileage was HALF of what was on the paper that sticks to the window of the car on the lot.
I have to add, the place is a zoo.

We stopped at Galpin Honda because an SI caught our eye while driving by. Galpin is offering life time limited warranty on some of their autos!!! Amazing and totally worth it. We were greeted by sales person Edward Maleki who was extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I wasn’t sold on the SI so he offered to go to the used lot with us at Galpin Ford and he did!!! He talked to the manager there and was able to help me get a great deal. I will forever be grateful to him. He is extremely honest and helpful. Please ask for him if you plan to buy a new or used Honda. You won’t be disappointed.

I went into Galpin Honda just to take a quick peek at the new 2016 Honda Accords on Friday May 27^th and was greeted by the most friendly and helpful sales associate Mile Naumovski. He asked what I was interested in looking at and I told him exactly what I wanted to see. Mind you, I asked about three types of accords and even test drove one and Mile was very patient and understanding as I asked questions about the cars. I can’t thank Mile Naumovski enough for his outstanding customer service and because of his professionalism Friday night I became a brand new owner of a 2016 Honda Accord. I would recommend Mile to my family or friends or anyone interested in purchasing at Galpin Honda.

Went to the Galpin Honda just to see my options, not even expecting to get approved but Ron made it possible! It was my first time buying a car but Ron made it an awesome experience. He worked so hard to get me approved and stayed patient with me the whole time to find the right car for me. As a first-​time buyer, I had a lot of questions and little understanding of the whole purchase process, Ron pretty much answered all those for me and gave me clear and honest advises and suggestions. Left the dealership super happy driving off in my new car. Next time you visit Galpin Honda go look for Ron! He’ll take good care of you. Definitely had the best experience here compared to any dealership I’ve been to in the past.

My husband and I came on a busy Saturday morning to purchase a car. We were approached by Chauldry Ahmed and asked if we needed help. I was interested in the civic but wasn’t 100% yet.
We went for a test drive and I wasn’t still 100%. I currently have a BMW so the drive is different; the civic is smoother. After the test drive we went inside to see if I would even like the numbers I was given.
Chauldry did everything he could for me to have the best prices. He didn’t treat us like customers but instead like friends. He was very patient with me because I couldn’t decide which color I wanted.
I am not a fan of car shopping but I had a great experience! I would definitely go back here for my next Honda!

We were determined to lease a new car Memorial Day weekend and first went to Galpin Ford. We left Galpin Ford because our salesman seemed disingenuous and he did not seem committed to making the sale.
We then stopped off at Honda (where we should’ve gone first) and immediately saw the beautiful white Civic LX I wanted. Edward made us feel welcome and the Galpin Honda gave off a much better vibe. We told him straight up we had another deal on the table and wanted to get the best offer. Edward was able to get us a great Lease deal and they threw in many awesome perks! He was very nice and seemed very genuine. If you’re stopping by Galpin Honda, Edward is the man to talk to!

Junior Morales is super helpful and patient. He’s sold my family and friends cars and if anyone I know is looking for a car I always send them Junior’s way. If you’re at Galpin Honda, don’t ask for anyone else but the famous Junior Morales.

SO! Let me start off by saying I wasn’t really interested in getting a Honda.
My dad however has now gone and got a car for himself, my mother, and helped BOTH of my cousins get cars here. I kept looking at jeeps and even hyundais and everywhere we went my dad would compare the cars and service to galpin Honda and would tell me the cars and service were nothing like his guy Sam Danho
I finally budged and I gave Honda a try, we were in Vannuys so our most reasonable spot to check was the Miller Honda. I was instantly sold on the fit and hrv (I know two TOTALLY different cars lol, so hey maybe I didn’t know what I wanted!). I’m very very very big on customer service and although they were polite at Miller Honda they just didn’t rub me the right way. Buying a first car should feel a little bit more comfortable and exciting at the same time. So, I left.
SO FINALLY here we are, a week later my dad had made an appointment with the absolutely amazing Sam Danho. I had my mind set (I’m very stubborn) on a fit, or an hrv. I REFUSED TO EVEN TEST DRIVE THE CIVIC. Between both my parents, my boyfriend, and Sam telling me to test drive the civic I reluctantly agreed.
The white cars didn’t come with black interior, or so I thought. Sam surprised me at the other lot after he drove us there in a black civic, where I picked out the most beautiful orchid pearl white civic with black interior. Once I sat in the drivers seat, I was in absolute love and harmony.
Now comes the part I thought I’d hate, the numbers and deal making. Wrong. Sam made every effort to make it simple for me, and did all he possibly could for us. He took such good care of us the entire time we were there and even fed us, he was so sweet, and absolutely amazing. I went to the bathroom and came back and he had even put a big red bow on my nice new car! My boyfriend said Sam insisted that I needed a bow! It made the whole experience even better.
Now I understand why my dad takes EVERYONE in our family to galpin Honda, and more specifically to Sam, he treats you like family.
If you go, I can not stress this enough… See Sam! He’s the guy, I’m telling you!

Adquirimos un HONDA CIVIC el año 2013 aquí, guiados de las excelentes calificaciones y 5 estrellas que Galpinhonda tenía en ese entonces. Y desde esa fecha hasta ahora siempre llevamos el auto allí para su mantenimiento correspondiente, no habiendo queja alguna.
Pero hoy por hoy, la experiencia con el servicio de mantenimiento fue bastante lenta y descuidada.
llevé el carro para un cambio de aceite (servicio simple) a las 8:30 am y salí de allí 11am … que pésima falta de coordinación entre las areas involucradas… nadie me dijo tiempo promedio de atención, o me dio información del porque tomaría mucho tiempo aquella atención.
Mientras esperaba la entrega de mi auto, envíe un mensaje de texto a Angel L. solicitándole por favor en caso de que cuenten con aspiradora, si fuera tan amable de solicitar que aspiren el auto… no recibí respuesta de su parte.
y ya más tarde, cuando me entregaron el auto, éste estaba sucio por dentro y pregunté a la persona que entrega los autos, sino fuera mucha molestia, por favor que el interior del auto sea aspirado, a lo cual me dijo, claro que si.
Mientras tanto, ingresé a hablar con Angel L. mencionándole que le había enviado un mensaje, a lo que me dijo que estaba ocupado y no pudo responderme; y que el dealerships cuenta con un proveedor que hace (o debería hacer) la limpieza de los autos antes de ser entregados… a lo cual dije, que debería asegurarse también que así sea.
…Esto disgusta, ya que luego nos piden que les demos calificaciones de excelente atención… ese es su goal, objetivo señores?.. pues eso no se pide, eso se gana señores…se siembra atendiendo bien a su cliente y luego cosecharan excelentes calificaciones!!!
Uno maneja desde tan lejos, teniendo servicio de honda cerca de mi casa pero prefiero darles mi apoyo y confianza a uds, lidiando con el estrés del tráfico para que ?, para luego llegar a la conclusión de que la próxima vez mejor no voy y darle la oportunidad, dinero y puntos para su meta a otro colaborador.
me da pena como este dealer se yendo abajo… que es tiempo que los gerentes se pongan las pilas, y capaciten, motiven frecuentemente a sus colaboradores y/​o asociados?, y empiecen a ser líderes en vez de solo ser jefes o amigos?
Siento mucho si fui dura, pero de un dealerships como ustedes no espero esa clase de servicio. …OJALA mejore.

Decided to come here to buy a new car. Saw all the great reviews of customer service. However,
It was such a waste of time. Many sales reps walked past me and didn’t even ask to help. I was determined to make the purchase today but customer service lacked.

As of 4÷18÷16, I became a proud owner of a 2016 Honda Accord Sport. It’s the first time I purchase a vehicle. That being said, I had many questions, overthought many things; color, extended warranties, leash or purchase.
I was fortunate enough to get Jayce Ruiz from Honda to facilitate my purchase and make my first car buying experience simple. He was by far patient with me, explained everything thoroughly, kept up with me whenever I had any follow up questions. He honestly went above and beyond. On the day I went to sign the deal and pick up my car, Jayce wasn’t doing too well. He fell a little ill and still came through for me so I could drive the car out of the lot that same day.

I went down to Galpin Honda on the recommendation of my parents to get a new car. I couldn’t decide between a purchase or a lease or the car for that matter. I didn’t know what I was going to buy and wasn’t even sure I wanted a Honda, I planned on looking at a few different dealerships and a couple of different cars. What closed the deal for me was a sales consultant named Ali. Ali was fantastic and really made the experience of buying my new car incredible. He took his time, answered every question, chased down every detail and made me feel completely comfortable with my purchase. He heard my concerns and listened to what it was I was looking for and helped me find exactly what I needed at exactly what I wanted to spend. My sister has purchased 2 cars, My parents purchased a car and now I have as well. All from Ali and we’re all extremely pleased with the result.
If the management at Galpin happens to see this, I really hope you guys take as good care of Ali as he does his customers.

I just puchased my first brand new car this past Sunday and was helped by Michael Fogelman.
I ended up taking home a brand new 2015 Honda Civic Coupe EX-​L with Navigation, fully loaded, 17″ rims and leather interior for a great price.
I went in looking at a 2014 honda civic coupe, and they were able to exceed my expectations and send me home with an even better car! This was my first car-​buying experience, but I definitely did not feel taken advantage of, although I will state that they are not open to huge negotiations, especially since they know that their cars will sell, whether it is you or another buyer willing to pay the price.
Nonetheless, Michael did what he could to negotiate with the sales manager — and I feel like I did get an amazing deal for a fully loaded brand new (0 miles) car with 2015 tags. Michael helped me get the Honda Grad Program benefit — $ 500 towards a new car — which was applied to my down payment! Not a ton, but helpful!
The financial department was my only reason I took off 1 star — they were very very pushy toward buying their extra Honda Care packages. I politely told them I was not interested several times, and felt like I spent more time having to justify my rationale behind why I did not need the extra coverage than the time it took to sign the paperwork. My significant other and I were very very annoyed by the time we finally got him to back off. I trust in the reliability and reputation of a Honda, and I did not feel the need to purchase the extra protection.
Overall, I am extremely happy with my new car, and am happy I took this step and that I checked out Galpin Honda!
