I don’t work often around Mission Beach, and I was pressed for time, so I decided to try something new in the area. I ordered the Souvlaki which is basically beef wrapped in pita bread. The good: The pita bread tasted really good, and very fresh. The cucumber sauce was also very good. The fries, which were not included with the souvlaki, and had to order separate, were excellent. The bad: Notice I didn’t mention the beef in the good portion. And the reason I didn’t mention it there, is because the meat was so bad, it was not edible. Not kidding. So basically I paid something around $ 10 for some fries and pita bread for lunch. Thanks Jack

This dive Greek place is the best ever. Generous plate portions and they aren’t stingy with the tziki sauce at all. About $ 7 for a huge plate with salad, pita, meat, and rice. A gyro sandwhich is also pretty big and around $ 5-$ 6. Located next to Sandbar near the rollercoaster. I crave the chicken plate at least once a week. Only drawback is that it sometimes takes time to either place your order or get your order because it is a small family operated joint. It’s worth the wait… just don’t go starving!
