We offer private and group charter motorcoach transportation to businesses, college and university athlectic teams and groups, all school groups, individuals, families and groups. We offer travel from one day trips to cross-​country. Also available is our airport shuttle service between South Bend, Indiana and downtown Chicago or Midway International Airport. Offered Monday-​Friday, this service takes the hassle out of getting to and from Chicago.

Royal Excursion offers a tremendous variety and choice of vehicles. Specifically we offer 56, 50, 46, 38, 30, 29, 22, 12, plus two luxury limousines, and two private cars. Our fleet of vehicles is consistently maintained, inspected, and updated for your safety and comfort. Many of our motorcoaches offer modern amenities such as WiFi, Satellite TV, DVD players, outlets for laptops, iPods, tablets, plus leather wingback chairs.

One star is too much. The company left a group of more than 3 dozen high school students and chaperones stranded at O’Hare Airport late on a Saturday night because… THEY FORGOT they were supposed to send a bus! After a 10 hr flight, the group waited more than 2 hrs for a bus to arrive from Mishawaka. Then, they had a 3+ hour trip home. Very unprofessional of Royal Excursion. I recommend Imperial Travel, Lafayette, Indiana. Never again for Royal Excursion.

We have used Royal Excursion numerous times for a variety of events, but the most recent was our October 2012 wedding.
We had a shuttle bus to transport the wedding party and guests to and from our reception. Our driver Chris was exceptional and everything went according to plan.
We unknowingly left a few things on the bus, but after one phone call a few days later, we were able to track everything down and pick up the missing items at their office.
Royal Excursion is consistent and reliable while always providing great service!

I have used royal excursion four times for my annual brewery pub crawl and have been impressed every time.
–trip is hundreds of miles and takes 12 hours, but it is still only 25 $ per person.
–bus and bathroom are always super clean.
–drivers have always been professional and friendly. I know my patience would be worn thin driving around 30 people who have been drinking all day.
I don’t always charter a bus, but when I do it’s royal excursion.
