We are a full service event planning company specializing in Weddings, Tea Parties and Corporate Events. We offer several levels of packages for our Weddings including Day Of and Full Planning and many levels in between. Most of our Clients are Basilica Brides who live out of state. This is a very specific type of Wedding Planning that we excel at!

We also have a full service travel agent on staff to offer Honeymoon and Corporate travel planning! We love our Clients and we focus on the personal relations we make with each of them! History

Established in 2007.

Belle Behind the Ball is owned and operated by Angie Anderson. She started the business in 2007 out of a pure love for planning events! Her passion, attention to detail, creativity and the love she shows for her clients and the events she creates have been the keys to her success! In 2011 she started Michiana Wedding Network, a networking group for Industry Professionals to build strong relationships with the Industry’s best vendors! Belle Behind the Ball is highly recommended by the areas best Venues and Wedding Vendors!

Angie was born in New Jersey and grew up on the East Coast. She moved to Indiana in 2006 after meeting her husband, Keith on vacation. They were married in 2009. They live in Mishawaka with their son. Angie is very passionate about her business, her family and her community!

Angie is a pleasure to work with. We used her as our «Day of Coordinator» but she was much more than that. Knowing she was there to handle potential issues and help with things behind the scenes was a comfort and allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves. She did such a great job greeting guests and making sure everyone was taken care of. She even appeared with tissues during the speeches– when I needed them the most! She is fun, affordable, and good at what she does!

We had a great experience with Angie! We utilized her as a «day-​of» wedding coordinator, and she far exceeded our expectations. She helped defuse what could have been a major issue with our hotel, 10 days before the wedding, and her assistance in putting together the schedule for the day of the wedding was priceless. Once the day arrived, she was there to make sure everything ran smoothly. During our dinner when went around to every table to make sure everyone had what they needed and was enjoying their food, she also made sure that my new husband and I had some time to eat too!

I had no one in South Bend to help me plan a ND Basilica wedding. Angie was amazing! She was friendly and professional, and quite reasonably priced! We went with her unlimited package and it was a steal! She was so helpful! She made planning so fun! My wedding day was perfect, thanks to her! She made recommendations for vendors, and they were fantastic! My family and friends (including my mom and mother-​in-​law!) kept coming up to me telling me how sweet and helpful she was the day of the wedding! Which was great, because then I didn’t have to worry about people being taken care of! In fact, I can’t count how many people came up to me at the end of the reception and said it was the best/​most fun wedding they have ever been to. If you are having a wedding at Notre Dame, or South Bend/​Mishawaka, she is your girl! I also heard about a destination wedding she planned in Napa, which sounded amazing! I’d give her 10 stars if I could!
