The ZOO Health Club

I wish I could give this place no stars. They practically committed credit card fraud DO NOT trust this place. My mother signed both me and her up for this gym, the next day we decided to cancel it. The woman servicing us said she would cancel it. The next month they charged $ 40 to the card. We called to see why and said they never processed the cancellation and that they’ll cancel it now. Next month goes by and they charge $ 20 for that months services. When we called they said we can’t cancel it because we cancelled after three days, which wasn’t true. Every time we called they lied to us or hung up the call. It wasn’t until my mother called her credit card company that they began to resolve this. The woman at the gym pretended not to be able to speak Spanish, when in fact she could. The card company was on the Sam line and caught the woman in her lie when my mother kept forcing her to speak in Spanish since she knew she could. The card company told the woman working for the gym that she has to pay back all the money or they’ll face severe consequences.
I repeat DO NOT TRUST this gym the people working there are liars and commit fraud. Disgusting people.
