Maybe the experience was god with people walking into the dealership but mine has been HORRIBLE trying to buy a car from them and having it shipped to me. I can NEVER get a salesman on the phone and when I do I was left on hold 3 times for over 10 min. They ran my credit, no calls back and then they sold the car to another person though my credit would of been fine to purchase the car. I will go back to dealing with Lucky motors in Chicago. They were fast with delivery and acted like they appreciated my business!

Normally, I really take negative reviews into context, but after looking at pretty much all the reviews (both positive and negative), I can confidently corroborate the negative ones. When other reviewers use words like «scum’, «scam» and other like terms, they tend to align with the experience I received at this pathetic place of business known as a dealership! However, my bad experience came years AFTER purchasing my vehicle!
These people charged me for gap insurance and NEVER submitted my information to the gap provider. Now my car was totaled (literally almost lost my life) and these people will not communicate with my gap provider, lien holder or myself to provide the necessary documentation. They literally took my money for my gap insurance and never provided proper information for me to get coverage. Now they give me, my attorney, my gap provider and my lien holder a run-​around. The manager Lu, appears reasonable when face-​to-​face but is quite elusive. His staff member, Joyce, is also quite elusive, does not return calls and seem to be hiding. I have been trying to get the issue resolved since October 1, 2015 and they have yet to return my calls and had me waiting for over two hours on more than one occasion and still did not solve the issue.
So if people are saying these folks are a scam, scums or whatever other names you hear, take heed! You were warned! It does not matter if you had a great experience buying the car, they are terrible even after you made your purchase. Sometimes you don’t realize you were conned until after.
If you have already purchased a vehicle from these people and purchased gap coverage, call your gap provider and verify! If you were told X, please be sure you VERIFY and don’t wait until you need it.
This is obviously the highest review I can give because otherwise, they would get negative stars!!!
If you call them about something they don’t wanna help you with, they leave you on hold. I was left on hold for over 40 minutes one day and I called twice from my another phone and they answered the phone right away BOTH times, while I was on still on hold. I have proof of the screen shot in my phone where you can see their number AND the length of time on the call.
This is not some hasty, «unreasonable», or «disgruntled» customer review. This is a legit perspective of someone who was literally conned by these people. They will take your money and not deliver! If you go there, PLEASE consider the repercussions! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

This place is a joke! The staff are a bunch of desperate scum bags and I don’t mean desperate for money which that too, but I mean for women.
The second they see a decent looking female walk in this place they all start giving each other Goggly eyes and making a bunch of rude comments and remarks. On top of all that they work to rip YOU off. They ripped of my buddy for $ 4000 and they will try whatever they can to scam you for what they can get. The manager or so it seems, is just as much of a scum bag, if not worse and sets quite the crappy example for all his staff to follow. If your looking for an honest place to buy a car and like being helped and treated nicely, then DO NOT GO HERE!!! Stay away from here!!!

Great group of guys! No pressure, very laid back and easy to work with. They had lots of nice cars to choose from.

Staff never returns phone calls. Not permitted to put a deposit to hold a vehicle for a set period of time. Call and ask if vehicles are there. Told yes and sales rep hang up. Good vehicle inventory, subpar customer service.

I was approved for a loan and this dealership was referred to me. I went there and they show me a car. Next thing I know the salesman an the finance manager started fighting in front of me. The salesman started crusing an left me sitting there. I got up and left so unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone to go here and buy a car.

I was approved for a loan and this dealership was referred to me. I went there spent all day so for them to say your not approved. The salesman louis and javi were very rude and just would talk down to you. Highly don’t recommend them! They will waste your time for nothing to screw you over!

Typical Bait & Switch! Advertise something on the internet that doesn’t exist. Just to drive me to the dealer and try to sell something that was completely different from the advertisement on the internet! Not good business! Wouldn’t buy from these people even if was the cheapest car in town.
