JIPA Network is an independent provider association that specializes in innovative health care solutions. The services we provide allow you to gain greater access to top-​tier health care providers at a more affordable price. We serve mostly international, self-​paying patients. Our aim is to reduce the challenges faced by patients and their families who travel internationally to obtain their health care services.

History

Established in 2010.

The CEO, Dr. Kester Nedd, is a practicing physician in a large university based academic medical center for over 20 years. Witnessing the challenges faced by patients in accessing health care and the unpredictable pricing for services, JIPA Network was founded to resolve the many issues involved in administering, paying for and delivering health care. JIPA Network connects you to world-​class health care providers that meet your needs.

JIPA is not an insurance company or a provider of health care. No premiums or membership fees are required for patients to participate. JIPA Network administers payment and coordinates care through the Network of health care providers.

The Network includes all physician specialists and sub-​specialties (primary, secondary and tertiary physician specialists), that are all highly rated by their patients, their peers, and the overall health care community.

Meet the Business Owner

Kester N.

Business Owner

Kester Nedd is a Board Certified Neurologist with subspecialty training in Neurological Rehabilitation. He serves as the Director of Neurological Rehabilitation at the University Of Miami School Of Medicine and is an Associate Professor in the Departments of Neurology and Neurosurgery in the Miller School of Medicine at the University of Miami.

Dr. Nedd has extensive experience in the evaluation and treatment of individuals with acute and chronic disorders in Neurological Trauma, Cerebro-​Vascular Accident (Stroke), Neuro-​Immunological conditions, Chronic Medical de-​conditioning, and Neuro-​Muscular diseases. He is currently the Associate Medical Director of University of Miami Sports Center and Director of the Brain Injury Program.

He is the founder of several companies involved in information technology or in the delivery of health care services to include eHDL Inc, JIPA Network, LLC, Physicians’ Care Network, LLC, GEBO, LLC, and Design Neuroscience Center, LLC.
