Very very very long wait. 20 minutes before server said hi and more than 45 minutes to get the food. I regret spending my money here.

I always have the same waitress and it’s always super crowded that says a lot about the service. The service is always great. The same servers and same cooks. If you come plan on waiting. There’s always at least a 20 – 24 min wait. I order the steak tips and eggs breakfast with the New York cheese cake pancakes sooooo good

Slow service on a slow night – as always. We only come here because we’re regulars. This time, our server ignored us over a large table… We ordered your standard French toast combo and all you can eat pancakes combo. What’s so difficult about that? Its been 40 minutes.

«Dissapointment» is the only word that comes to mind. Service is «50% below Zero». The waitress sees me standing and chooses to share laughs with other kitchen members. I literary Sat myself down and waited, and waited to be attended. I walked away without ever being served and nobody even noticed.

Did you know that I just found out that IHOP stands for international house of pancakes? this isnt really going to be a very helpful review. I’m just so ashamed of my self.

Visited today Ihop was celebrating their 57th anniversary and a stack of pancakes was only 57 cents. The pancakes were so fresh and delicious maybe I was craving pancakes. I ordered a side of smoked sausage and hash browns to go with my order. I also purchased a watermelon lemonade splasher. The service at Ihop was excellent, the server was very attentive came to my table to make sure that I did not need for nothing. I really like this little cozy location, I will recommend for you to come here, I prefer Ihop over Denny’s any day, the flavor of the pancakes are better in my personal opinion.

You can do a lot better going to a Dunkin donuts or McDonald’s… Service is horrible here. And the environment is very tense and unappealing. Food is ok…

I can’t help but love this iHop, it’s most always the one of the most convenient one’s that provide quick service with a friendly staff and clean surroundings.

This place gets packed on Sunday mornings but there’s a quick turnaround. The food is great and not bland like at other breakfast places. I have always been happy with the quick service and great food.

My strawberry Banana french toast were well done. Considering, you can’t really screw that up. However, i did have to wait a bit to get the servers attention even when the volume of customers was low. Recommendation: try the location near Sheridan and University. Much better service even when the volume of customers is high.

Unlimited pancakes for $ 4.99!(For a limited time I’m guessing). We were promptly seated and our waitress took our drink orders. The wait time for the food was average and the food quality was decent. No complaints. We waited a little bit more than usual to pay but that’s about it.

This is the worst IHOP I’ve ever been to! It took a minute to get acknowledge and it took over 5mins to finally have my drink order taken. I had to bring out a little NY rudeness out to get attention to finally have the waitress in charge of my table to finally come and take my order. When I finally placed my order a million minutes later, I realized that the party sitting next to me were having problems w their order. Maaan, I got my butt up and told the lady cancel my order and walked out! I’ve should’ve known to do that when it took them a minute to seat me and get a drink order in. Heck, I was by myself and it wasn’t a lot of ppl there. It was about 5 or 6 servers w a crowd of 35. Smh, they need to so tighten up over there for real!

Wait is long, attention is minimal. Do you need anything else, is everything ok? Nah, that doesn’t happen here, and it’s not my first visit either. Food is good. If you don’t want butter, tell them. I read other reviews and it sounds funny, I ask for my food the way I want it and that’s how I get it. Otherwise send it back.

Maybe it’s a Florida thing, but these people do not care about customer service at all. I came in and ordered some items to-go. They were quick and I left without as much as a «Thank you» or a smile to send me on my merry way. Plus I find all my food items mushed together on the plate, some items melting upon each other with all their flavors co-mingling… Yuck. I ate it and it was okay, not gross, but not necessarily as good as other IHOP locations that I’ve been to where they separate your food so that you’re not eating one big glob that sorta tastes all the same. Will I be back? I’ll really have to think about that one.

Service was pleasant, our waitress was very nice despite being the only server there with 35+ people after the UM vs FAMU game. Now the cook who really messed up my pancakes(so nasty) they weren’t good at all!
