This chipotle has amazing customer service, the food was delicious, and everything was beyond my expectations. Definitely coming back all the time

When I pulled up to Chipotle on Sunday at 3pm and only say 2 people in line I figured I would be out in about 15 minutes. I got in line and noticed that while the food prep guy was putting bowls of food together, the line wasn’t moving. He also kept running out of food, so he would turn to the kitchen to grab what he could. He was taking painfully long to put a couple of chicken bowls together and the two people ahead of me hadn’t put their order yet. It turns out he was putting together online orders and the cashier kept coming by to reprimand him for putting the online order paper over the food such as the steak, rice, etc. It took about 20 minutes for my turn to come and he definitely struggled to put together 1 steak bowl. He even started arguing with a young woman in the kitchen because he hadnt asked for more black beans but needed more and she was arguing with him infront of clients that she needed more time. When my food finally made it to the cash register the bowl wasnt labeled for the cashier to know what to charge me so i told him it was a steak bowl. He didnt believe me so he wasted even more of my time by walking over to the guy that took my order to confirm it was a steak bowl. If i were going to lie I wouldnt say im buying the priciest bowl. I really do like the food from Chipotle but I wouldn’t go back to this one.

This Chipotle in particular is so bad… I have gone back on 3 different occasions now just to give them the benefit of doubt thinking maybe they have just had off days but that is not the case unfortunately… The rice is always so bland along with the meat… It seems like whomever the cooks are that actually prepare those items, could care less… The guac is usually flavorless too… My boyfriend always said this chipotle was crappy but I just haddddd to see for myself! Guess that’s what I get for not believing him lol

I’ve been going to Chipotle’s for years(ever since they opened down here) and was so excited to hear that they were finally opening one by my house. This Chipotle could be ran better but I understand how busy it can get. I think they just need to get the hang of the pressure when it comes to this restaurant. It is not completely untrue what the other reviews have said. They are often times slower than most Chipotles, and they do run out of things frequently. However there line is more times than most, reaching the front entrance. I think they can get better once they are able to get the hang of things.

Slow as hell and tiny portions compared to other Chipotles. Been to many different Chipotle and this has got to be the worst one I’ve been to. Thirty minutes at night when there’s no one there? Oh I’m sorry the employees are busy screwing around in the back.

2.5 stars. Man, come on, who manages this place? All the other reviews are true, they barely fill your bowl with food. This isn’t south beach, and I’m not on a diet. My chicken was about ¾ of the usual and my lettuce was barely touching the ends of the bowl. I hope they get it together because I love chipotle! The service was friendly and fast, but then again there were only 2 people in line in front of me.

This is my third visit since this location opened, I must say that I’m pleased. The outside premises are clean and well kept including the outside dining area, which I’m sure will be great to take advantage of especially since the weather change will bring cooler afternoons and evenings. The inside rather small but accommodating, clean and well kept. The condiment station organized and stocked. The staff pleasingly polite and appeasing, when I’ve asked for extra toppings like beans or corn salsa, etc I never once received any pushback or given a small spoonful and asked«is that good?» However, this is a newly opened location and my experiences have proven that after about a year all the great things that made these establishments great, slowly decline with time, I hope that won’t be the case for this location only time will tell. Until that time I can see myself visiting this location in the future. I’m rating this location 5’s and hope they continue to live up to the rating.

This place is not up to par with any of the other chipotle locations that I have visited in the past their portions or very very stingy and their crew is the slowest I’ve seen in all the chipotles I’ve been to… not excited about this place. Doesn’t seem like they are adhering to the typical chipotle culture.

My boyfriend and I were very excited that a chipotle was opening close to our house, but since they’ve opened, up until now they’ve always been stingy with the food, and they always run out of things. We will definitely be making that extra drive to the pines location. I rather wait in the pines line for an hour than go to this chipotle.

very disappointed! =[ service is super slow, stingy with food portion and employees are unprofessional. Food quality is below average(rice is undercooked and steak is overcooked). By far, the worst chipotle I’ve been to. I would recommend the extra drive to the pembroke pines location

I’ve been to quite a few Chipotle locations and this has to be the slowest service I have ever had at any Chipotle. The portioning is also quite small compared to previous restaurants I’ve been to as well. I was looking forward to having a Chipotle nearby but if this is what it has to offer. I’ll travel further for better service.

Very disappointed. Visited tonight. Employees were not engaged. They were out of most of their menu at 9 pm, when close at 10 pm. Might as well close at 9 pm then. Hope they improve.

I visited this new location for the first time since it was built & was very satisfied. The employees were beyond courteous. When I went the line was pretty long but it went by very fast but I did not feel rushed at all, they took the time to put together every thing I wanted! Only con was the seating was very limited other than that, great chipotle.

I am a fan of Chipotle, good prices and I like the story behind the brand. This location just opened near my house and I was so excited! I’ve been here once and the service was so slow. They had run out of chicken and there was no soda in the soda machine! Get it together !! May I also suggest offering wifi?

I’m a frequent visitor to Chipotle so I was very excited when this one opened. It’s closer to my house than the one on Pines and Pines is ALWAYS packed! The food was good, but they are sooo SLOW! I’ve been here twice and same slow result. Hopefully, they will work out the kinks soon! The last time I went, there were only 2 people working at the front. It was 6:00PM on a weeknight! Not good!

The one in Pembroke Pines is much better, the serving are really small, like half of the size of the one in Pembroke so if you dont eat much go to the new one in Miramar, on the other hand service was great

Went today for lunch. The place is pretty small inside and there was a long line as always but it goes by pretty fast. My burrito was delicious and the place is very clean and the staff of very friendly and nice. Will visit again.

I’m so happy that they finally built a Chipotle near me! I’m a frequent visitor to any Chipotle, so it’s nice to have one so close to home. They are having a «soft» opening tonight, as it will be open to the public, starting tomorrow. The manager eagerly greeted us at the door and welcomed us in. It is a tad different from other Chipotle’s I’ve visited, as the location is smaller. They have the high top tables all around, and some shorter, standard square tables as well. As we made our way through the line, i really liked the fact that the employees were all cautious as to what they were putting in your burrito, bowl, etc. No one was rushing or with pouty faces, as I have seen frequently in other Chipotle’s nearby. We ordered two burrito bowls, one with guacamole, as I love the smooth, rich taste. We also ordered a taco meal for our daughter, which she devoured. We bought chips to eat with our medium salsa, as i feel it’s just perfect. Not too spicy, nor too bland. The place was impeccable, could also be because it was the first day. I was very impressed with the service and cleanliness. Everyone was very eager to help and it looked to be very family oriented. I will definitely be returning and making this my new lunch spot!
