I don’t normally write reviews on non eating establishments but I did feel compete to do so regarding this one. The staff in this bank make all the difference. As I walk through the door, I am immediately greeted. There is usually no wait time. That is also a big plus. The tellers already know me by name. I usually make deposits. They already know that. While leaving, sometimes a short conversation breaks out which gives it that personable feeling. I have accounts at other banks but only one other comes close to this level of friendliness. This bank has three nearby locations in which I have visited. The one in Miami Lakes is also a pleasant experience.
