Shipped a car part that was sold online through this store. It was a heavy package packed with hard foam, plywood, then cardboard box. It arrived broken and I had to refund person I sold to his purchase price. Besides the claim being denied, and with me having no recourse other than to take it on the chin, this process has taken the store almost 2 full months to sort out. I didn’t receive the money It cost me to ship package ($ 96 and change) nor the $ 100 max payment for their «insurance». I’m out a total of $ 396 and have a broken part that is now scrap metal. I will never do business with again, and I hope the owner of the store sees this before I get a chance to come pick up my broken product. Thanks for nothing.

This UPS store is the best. I’ve been going out of my way to use this store for several years. Things are always organized, the people are friendly, and things are done right. Joan is a big help; she’s always glad to show you how to mail things correctly. The printing service is also great. I’ve had several important high-​quality copies made of photos and they looked perfect.
