History

Established in 1985.

Newman-​Dailey Resort Properties, Inc. was founded in 1985, when Jeanne Dailey and Randy Newman saw the need to provide resort real estate services, property management, and association management in the Destin/​South Walton area. Their desire was to offer management that was professional and personal, tailored to the individual needs of the client.

Over the years, Newman-​Dailey has become a leader in resort property management, navigating in a highly competitive and somewhat saturated marketplace. Twenty-​Five years of excellent service and sound business practices have earned them a place of respect along the Emerald Coast. Evidence of their growth can be seen in the company’s custom-​designed headquarters in Fountain Plaza on Highway 98 West. In addition, there are several satellite offices in operation throughout Destin and South Walton.

Jeanne Dailey and Randy Newman co-​founded Newman-​Dailey Resort Properties in 1985. In 1988, she bought out her partner’s interest and became President and sole owner of the Real Estate Sales and Management Company; which has celebrated over 24 years in business. With a solid foundation in principle and integrity, Newman-​Dailey has grown into one of the most prestigious privately owned Resort, Real Estate Sales and Property Management companies along the Emerald Coast. In 2007 and in 2008 Newman-​Dailey was voted «Best of the Emerald Coast» in Vacation Rental Services!

Jeanne has remained a constant voice for the growth and prosperity of Destin. As a member of several civic boards and associations, president of a growing company, and single mother of two active college students, Jeanne credits her success to positive energy, a close personal involvement in her company, community and family, and her valued employees.
