History

Established in 2011.

Nathan was born and raised in NW Florida, graduated from Florida State University and received his license in 2001. He was awarded «Rookie of the Year» his first year in real estate for excellence in sales and customer service. Erin received her license in 2003 and as a husband and wife team, they have tripled their sales production. Nathan and Erin successfully launched and closed two preconstruction developments, Azure & Palazzo. In 2011, Nathan and Erin became licensed real estate brokers and developed the Nathan Abbott Team, specializing in every fasset of the the real estate industry.

Nathan Abbott is now a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist with the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. Members of The Institute who hold the CLHMS designation have documented performance in the TOP 10% of their markets and have successfully demonstrated their expertise in the luxury home and estate market.
