Guess which nail is fucked up … Anyways they totally made my nail slanted and trust me I said something about it and they only wanted to give me a dollar off I don’t give 2 shit about the cost but if it’s expensive then I expect a good fucking job done !!! Never coming back

came at 6:30 tonight, only wanted a polish change. guess how much that costs?! $ 30!!! even though on their board it says ⁷⁄₈. does that mean $ 7/​$ 8??? who fuckin knows, I didn’t bother to ask, I was so uncomfortable. anyways that $ 30 was just for a simple French tip! I didnt even ask for a French tip, I asked for a pink and white ombré. what I had before was glitter on the tips, and didn’t like that. needless to say, I still have little bits of glitter under the top coat of my French tips now. that just looks wonderful.
my lady kept leaving my hands in the uv light and she was more concerned with leaving for her Saturday night! she wasn’t attentive at all, and she made no conversation with me. she was fucking rude! just kept talking in their shit talking Asian language and giggling at everything. never again. Smfh. DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON! they’re rude, it’s extremely hot and crowded and they need to be taken down for not sanitizing their tools or anything. I bet they dont even clean the backwash on their spa chairs lol.
on the plus side, I’m about to call my bank and put a stop payment on their charge of my debit card. I refuse to pay for the crappy service I got, and didn’t want to argue with them I just wanted to hurry up and leave.
oh btw, I just about walked out of the salon without my debit card lol. the dumb bitch forgot to give it to me. I snatched that right out the machine. she drives a Lexus, no need to steal from me.
needless to say I will never come back to this terrible establishment.

Totally the worst waste of my money I ever spent on a pedi, she rushed through it. I should have had a clue when my daughter and I walked in and the place had only 1 person In it. Take our advice… don’t do it !

Terrible terrible pedicure! I should have known better this isn’t the first time I have been unhappy with a service they have given me. Today I went in for a pedicure and asked for gel because I just Iike how it looks fresh weeks after. Well I seriously don’t know how one can manage to mess up a gel pedicure but she did… She applied too much polish it wrinkled… Then she tried again to fix it but still same thing… Then she tried to tell me it was the gel, or me moving which I wasn’t. The one thing that bothers me the most is how they pin it on you and make you feel like it was your fault when in fact it’s theirs. I’m not one to really get upset and make a big deal but like I said this isn’t the first time this has happened to me there. and it seems like every time I’m there there’s always another unhappy customer complaining about the same thing.

Nail polish is ugly/doesn’t look nice or they look kind of old and they don’t sanitize their equipment. However I really like Tanya and Trina when doing my nails. I only recommend those two.

These people are horrible… They got in an argument with a customer right next to me for $ 5 dollars. They don’t have any customer service protocol — ridiculous!

This place was very underrated. I had a great experience. The woman who did my nails was so nice & patient! My nails look great! If definitely go again. :)

I’ve been coming here for about a year and V is amazing!!! I always have fun designs I’m wanting to do that I find online and she is outstanding at duplicating them. Always right on time when I make appointments and she’s waiting and ready for me :)

Wanted acrylics, worker didnt apply well, glue all over my hands/​skin. Asked to remove em. Pedicure was ok. Lazy job, waste 20 bucks on pedicure alone.

I normally dont leave reviews unless I feel the need to. This place is by far the worst nail salon Ive been to. Not only was the girl doing my nails rude, she was really rough and she was rushing through the whole thing. She kept trying to talk me out of every design I wanted and the prices she quoted me were outrageous! I will never come back here. The worst customer service ever!

Worst manicure ever! Granted I only got the basic package but the girl made no attempt to clean under my nails nor was my nail polish evenly applied. My only consolation was when I approached the manager and told him I did not want my nails fixed (they were all rude and very unwelcoming) nor will I return and he took the manicure off my receipt. This place is ridiculously overpriced and with rude employees.

TERRIBLE!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! went to get my eyebrows and a manicure my brows turned out terrible!!! The manager made no effort to fix the problem. Walked out pissed with out the manicure 12 bucks down the drain.

Horrible, horrible gel job. I’m on day 6 & only have 2.5 nails with gel still on. The gel literally peeled right off. I will never go back to this place. The only reason why I gave them a second star was because the ladies were nice & my polish on my toes haven’t chipped yet. One thing about my pedicure, wait 2 things. #1. I told the lady she didn’t scrub my big toe enough to get the dead skin off & she said ok but she never scrubbed it again (I was too busy talking to the lady doing my gel nails to even realize she didn’t) & #2. EVERYTHING is overpriced. Ridiculously priced «packages» for horrible jobs.

I always get my nails done and everytime I go to Tanya Banks! She does amazing work and really takes her time in doing a great job. Always pleased with how my acrylic nails done out. She also does my eyebrows and they come out looking so clean and nice.

I came in to have my gel polish changed. The lady who «helped» me was rough and not willing to listen. I don’t want my nails filed with the machine nor with the tough file. I take pride in my natural nails and did not want them damaged. She insisted that it was the only way. Not happy at all. Now my nails look like I’ve taken sandpaper to them. Coming here was a big big mistake.

They closed at 7pm but I showed up at 6:48 and they still hooked me up with a full set and gel polish. I thought itd be rushed since i was the last one in there but V took her time and gave me exactly what I was looking for. She shaped and then made sure it was what I wanted before moving on.
Been here twice now for fill sets and have received compliments both times.
Didnt give 5 stars because:
1) one nail was slightly crooked and couldn’t really be fixed. Its minor but I definitely notice it
2) the grey gel polish on the sample nail i saw was actually lavender when they put it on my nails.
3) the selection of gel colors could be better

I was put on the other side of the salon away from everyone’s and had the view shown in the picture. Towels were repeatedly thrown on the floor Yuck
All staff there are not using sterile instruments, I will contact the health department on this one. They also have big bottles of cleaning disinfectant with a DANGER sign on them on the floor next to each tub. ILLEGAL!
The pedicurist put cold water in the tub and after having my feet in it for a while asked me how the water was… TOO LATE, I informed her it was cold
She was in a hurry, she smudged my big toe AND I had to tell her that it was smudged. She tried to fix it but then got a «VERY IMPORTANT» phone call, so important she forgot about me and was on the phone for a while, making no eye contact with me. My toes were still not finished. I got up and paid. NO DISCOUNT given for poor service. I explained to staff there this was my 3^rd time at a nail salon where staff were on their cell phone WHILE doing my nails and that I drove over 10 miles to go to a different place away from my home.
Being on the phone in front of customers is a health concern since their dirty phone germs are now on their hands which are touching peoples feet. … NASTY
Not making eye contact with someone who is paying you for a service that will bring you a tip is INSANE
TO ALL PEDICURIST:
If you get a phone call while you are working, ask the customer if you can step aside and take a call… COMMON SENSE!!!

Older lady she did a great massage, pedicure was amazing. She took her time, and I was super relaxed! Definitely coming back again!

Ask for Tanya she’s the best ever! She does an amazing job everytime an she’s super sweet! You won’t be disappointed I promise!

I know there are a lot of bad comments here but my experience was really good. They were all professional and friendly. They have a great list of services available from nails to waxing to facials. If you have not been here don’t be scared away by the bad reviews. Give them a try.
