This place has great food, I had the carne asada plate and it was delicious. The beans were authentic and everything else tastes home made. Everyone else we went with enjoyed their food. I don’t really like Mexican music but the band that played was great. Before the band gets there a bucket of beer is $ 20 and after 8pm I believe it’s $ 30 which is still not bad at all.
Excellent customer service, where this place is located seems a bit sketchy but it wasn’t bad at all.

1^st time here and I have no complaints.. We were a party of 7. . We arrived early so had no problems getting a table. The staff was very friendly, attentive and welcoming. The food was made to order so it did take a little while, which I believe great food should. That is how we know it wasn’t just refrigerated from the morning. 2 ppl in our party arrived later, so their food took longer because at that time the restaurant was packed. We all enjoyed our food.. The ceviche was great. The buckets of beer were priced really good for a place with a live banda.
I do suggest you arrive early of you are a large party or call ahead to reserve a table because this place gets really busy.. Also be patient. The music is loud, the waitresses are working as fast as they can. They are also dealing with customers that are just rude
The person complaining about this restaurant, she was rude to the waitress, she had no class when she complained. I could see her giving the waitress attitude. She is telling everyone to take their money else where, yet she is still sitting at her table drinking and enjoying the music.

Great service very friendly, live music and the food was delicious. The food portions were huge so think it over when ordering. You might even want to split a plate. Everything was great except for this one customer who seemed to have a stick up her butt because she was giving the waitress a hard time. Recommend this place for a good local Saturday night.

Perfect place to have drinks and listen to great Banda. They also have a great variety on their food menu.

Bad service. Waitress brought me the incorrect order. When she brought me the plate I told her I had ordered something else. She told me that I had ordered that specific plate (keep in mind the Banda music is at full blast). The waitress came back and told me she would get me what I ordered in 20 minutes. I told her it was fine. She came back 5 minutes later and told me that it would take 1 HOUR for my food. When I asked why so long, she told me that the cook was backed up…
It was not my fault that the waitress could not hear what I ordered. They should have been able to accommodate me. I was not going to eat something I didn’t order. I cancelled my order all together!
Coming from a customer service background, what they should have done was bring me what I ordered.
BAD BUSINESS! I’ll take my money elsewhere!!!
Let me make something clear, I did not complain about the waitress. I made that very clear to the manager on duty and the owner. I told them both that I understood the music was loud. I understand people make mistakes. I complained about the kitchen staff. So quit making assumptions.
As far as me sticking around, I actually wanted to leave the minute the incident occurred, however my friends were having a good time.
In addition, I did not say that people need to take their money elsewhere. I said that I would be taking my money elsewhere. Please get your facts straight.
