Stay as far away from this place as possible. The new lease they are making people sign gives them the right to impose HUGE fines on homeowners. This I’m sure is a ploy to fine people into leaving their homes behind so that Zeman Homes can resale or rent the property for an additional profit. In the lease they assume no responsibility for any services or roadways. The lease clearly states Zeman Homes is responsible for nothing other than collecting rent and imposing fines.
Their new pet policy declares that pet ownership is a privilege, given to you by shady oaks, subject to be revoked at any time… Excuse Me? last time I checked this was America.
Zeman Homes continues to raise the rent, all while decreasing their services and responsibilities to homeowners.
I see a lot of empty lots, it is sure to continue.
