Creative Auto Service

I called Creative as I live nearby, I always noticed that they are busy and when I drive by I would see a great variety of cars. From modern to classic. I am transporting my car and found the front spoiler too low for the carrier. Tom took. Are of it and was super to me and my son (10 year old) who loves to ride with me. They did a great job quick and courteous. I recommend this shop!
I have been to many shops since I first bought this car in 1987, believe me this is the place to go!

I’ve been going to Creative for years and my Dad brought his cars there prior to that. It’s a family run shop who are honest and knowledgable. They don’t overcharge like most other shops and in fact they often do small things on my vehicle for free just saying «I’ll get you next time». I can always get my car in the day I call and they even give me rides if I’m going somewhere close by. Give them a shout, you won’t regret it!

As an individual who is constantly on top of taking care of my automobiles from a maintenance and bodywork standpoint, I can say that creative Automotive is the very best! I have used their services so many times, without specifying any individual times, I can say that their work is always impeccable and done in extremely timely manner. I would recommend creative auto John and Tom to everyone!

They were condescending towards me I believe because I am female. I only questioned a repair I thought was unnecessary. I wont return.

After a terrible incident with a particular towing company, I was sent here to get my car repaired. They have a business relationship with the tow company, so they do their car repairs for cheap in exchange for business.
Anyway, at first I was terrified because Creative Auto Service is tucked away down a back road in St. Louis Park and sort of looks like a junkyard. But the inside of the shop is pretty decked out and it’s a family-​owned business. This eased my fears a bit. Plus, Tom was very friendly and talked me through everything they would be doing to my car.
They have 100% guarantee paint matching, lifetime warranty on their service, and free rental cars while yours is getting fixed. I was mucho appreciative of that… even though the rental had 200,000 miles on it.
One thing I didn’t like was that there was no paperwork at all. I didn’t sign anything and I had to ask for copies of the work they were going to do. That makes me VERY nervous.
But, I got my car back safe and sound. They upgraded both of my taillights even though only one was busted, and they washed it spic and span! I was very pleased.
If you are looking for cheap repairs from friendly people, then this is the place.
