History

Established in 1986.

Cedar Hills West was contructed in 1986 with 143 apartment homes and in 1987 Cedar Hills East constructed 131 apartment homes which today is a total of 274 apartment homes. The property prior to contruction was a gravel pit that was created into this beautiful scenic setting. The same owners that designed and built Cedar Hills Apartments own it still today. Cedar Hills has residents that moved in the day it was built and they still call Cedar Hills their «home». Cedar Hills is managed by Asset Management Group, Inc. and has been since the day it was constructed. Asset Management Group was founded in 1952 as a development firm by Norman Chazin. In four decades, we built over 1,500 single-​family homes and some 1,500 multi-​family units as well as commercial and retail property in the Twin Cities area. Asset Management Group, Inc. is comprised of the orginal owners and is very much dedicated to the highest standards in every aspect of accomodation & service.
