I began playing violin with my school orchestra many years ago, and fell in love with it. Along the way, I’ve played with many orchestras, and soloed with some of them! When a teacher suggested I try the viola as well, I was hooked, and now play both. I have had the fantastic experiences of participating in the Aspen and Brevard music festivals, touring China with an orchestra, playing chamber music with wonderful colleagues, and working with many fantastic students. I’m always eager to share my love and knowledge of the instruments!

I am a Graduate of the University of Minnesota with Masters in Viola Performance with over 10 years of teaching experience.

I play with the Hennepin String Quartet, the Duluth Symphony, and am Principal Viola of the Buffalo Community Orchestra.
