I was very happy with the care and concern Dr. Gibeau showed. She was a third opinion for surgery, and could not have been more warm, knowledgeable and compassionate for my situation. She listened and we made a plan that I was comfortable with, when other highly regarded male doctors in the area wanted to take easy drastic options without regard for my health long term. The surgery went off extremely well and her care to scaring was impeccable. She has also delivered a family friend and could have been more attentive to delivery and follow up.
Dr. Hawes was just as knowledgeable and warm with a post-​op visit. I would highly recommend both of them.

The doctors at Women’s Health Consultants made a huge mistake with my wife’s care that cost her a tube and nearly her life. They had multiple chances to catch it, but didnt’t. Find another doctor.

My wife just called for her second appointment. The person with whom we spoke «Chrissy» seemed irritated in terms of tone of voice and sounded upset. She asked if this was a first time to see a doctor and initially my wife said «this will be a second time» assuming second appointment since my wife had been there once already. The confusion was cleared up but the person on the phone seemed upset and confused and gave a very unprofessional and unwelcoming impression leaving a bad taste. We left a vm for the office manager to call us back to share this directly but we have not heard back yet.

After relocating from Florida to Minnesota in the summer of 2010, I needed to find an OB-​GYN as I was 7 months pregnant. I had asked those who I knew in the area for recommendations from their friends and family and finally decided to go with Women’s Health Consultants since they met my two requirements 1. All female doctors 2. Delivered at Abbott Northwestern. I could not have been more pleased with my experience! Dr. Kelly Morrison took great care of me during that summer, even through many follow up phone calls and visits when the pregnancy got complicated. I ended up having a c-​section and thanks to Dr. Roxie Bozicevich (and the amazing staff at the hospital) I got through my c-​section and met my baby boy. Fast forward to the summer of 2011 and they were there again as I miscarried my second child and now I have an appt in a couple of weeks as I’m pregnant again. I can’t say enough about how much I love this group of women! When I call with a question the nurses are so helpful and reassuring and return calls promptly. The doctors and nurses are friendly and take time to explain what’s happening and answer any questions/​concerns you may have.
Parking downtown is expensive (the garage attached to the office costs me approx. $ 10 a visit) but it’s the only negative. They also have an office close to Abbott.

Just had a baby-​and loved my baby-doctors…especially Dr. Roxie Bozesevich (Dr. Roxie) and Dr Bodner, who were awesome the whole way through… even though the «birth plan» didn’t exactly happen the way I had planned it…
They deliver at Abbott Northwestern, (which is the best place to deliver, and they are building a new wing for Labor and Delivery) and apparently the delivery nurses there go through this group, because the doctors are so great. You do get the doctor that is on call when you deliver, so some people see a different doctor each time to meet them all (there are 12) but I sort of stuck with these two doctors, and because I had an induction, I was able to do the delivery with them as well. Bodner, especially, is very good about answering questions thoroughly, and spends as much time with you as you need. They had to do some extra ultrasounds with me, because I had borderline gestational diabetes, and they were all done in the office with the BEST ULTRASOUND TECH EVER… Jackie.
They have one office downtown Minneapolis in the TCF building, which is awesome if you work down there, a pain if you don’t. The other one is at Chicago and 28^th in South Minneapolis, where you get free parking tokens (downtown-​you don’t-so parking is annoying and expensive).
On a more private note, they helped us through two miscarriages before we had our adorable baby girl, and were very professional and had a great bedside manner as well. They will continue to be my clinic, especially if we decide to add to our family someday.

Finding a new doctor is just about the last thing I want to worry about, but this place made it a bit easier. Upon recommendation of a friend, I went to Women’s Health Consultants for my annual hoo-​ha check up yesterday.
Now, I dislike that it’s downtown, but I bet that’s convenient for a lot of people. Me? I got lost in the skyway for a decade and then found myself at the rather large office a couple minutes late. They have another location in South Minneapolis, but the best appointment time that day was downtown, so I did that.
Check-​in was lengthy since I was a new patient, but everything went pretty smoothly after that. I’ll spare you the actual details. I promise… sort of.
Marcea King (NP) is quick, which is always appreciated when you have your feet in stirrups. Her follow-​up phone call was really sweet, especially since it was just to tell me that all is well (I hate that whole, «If you don’t hear from us, everything’s good!»).
They have about ten different Ob/​Gyns here too (all women), so you’re bound to find someone that you are comfortable with. My friend recommended Sarah Mainguy, but she didn’t have any appointments available until January, unfortunately.
They have a separate lab tech who draws your blood on the way out, which is a very good thing. People almost never get anything out of my arms on the first try! She must do this all day because she had no trouble at all finding my shy veins with just one poke. Easy peazy.
Anyway, I doubt I’m going to be a regular patient (especially because it’s still not convenient for me), but this place made seeing a new doctor much less of a nightmare.
