Called and spoke with Thera (thara?) Who are «personally promised» me I would never have to listen to that ridiculous music again, then immediately put me on hold with the same music. The service after that got worse. Avoid this rental company! All scams and that infuriating music.

Very good service. I scheduled the night before for an early flight and they took my information quickly and were there a few minutes early. They answer the phone quickly. The driver knew exactly where to go and the vehicle was nice enough, a minivan.
I was a bit concerned because their website is full of spelling mistakes and also one of the phone numbers did not work. Also, all employees had strong accents and I was afraid they may not have understood me. Also, I have had a lot of bad experiences with Minneapolis taxi companies. But, all of those fears turned out to be unwarranted and it was a very good experience.

My brother had a flight to visit me in NC today. He needed to be at the airport in MN at 4 a.m. It was a blizzard in MN so he didn’t want to drive. He called Viking to pick him up. They arrived on time and got him to the airport on time IN A BLIZZARD. So impressed by their punctuality and willingness.

1st rate service. Luxury vehicles. Very courteous and early for my scheduled pick up. They also offer flat rates to the airport and take Credit cards. I would take Viking over a regular cab any day!
