Please do not take your car to this place! unprofessiona, rude and definitely not qualified to fix anything. I got referred this shop by my insurance company, it turned out to be a nightmare. It took 2 months to get my car completed, and to make matters worse they did a horrible job, and one of the employee cost more damage to my vehicle while at the shop. I had to take my car to a different shop to get the damage from the accident corrected properly.
Fyi! the owner Mark Boesen is very shady. I wouldn’t trust his word even if it came notarized! please save your self a lot of trouble and headaches do not go to this shop!!! I would give them minus one star if I could.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I regret EVER setting foot in this place!!! I came here to help the little guys out instead of picking a big company like Abbra auto body and it turned out to be the biggest mistake of my life. I’ve had problems from paint bubbling, rusting under the paint, overspray, gaps in between moldings, rear parking sensors falling out because of their carelessness of putting it back together like they should, moldings on my car falling off because they simply use double-​sided tape, and paint primer all over the car when it was given back to me… And each single time I had to bring it back for them to redo things they refused to cover the rental car even though they have a sign posted in their shop say they will cover the rental car and their work. I still have bubbling in my paint and I if I have one more refusal I will be taking them to court!!!

Frustrating experience. I found this place through insurance company. I wish I did more research before I took my vehicle there. I was in a minor accident. My vehicle required minor body work and replacing a few parts. It took twice as long than originally estimated. I had to keep calling them to find out what’s going on, since they didn’t bother to call me my vehicle was not finished on the day when it’s supposed to be done. And that caused extra days of rental car, which I had to argue not to pay. Lack of communication to insurance company and rental car company was confusing and frustrating, to say the least. Dealing with them seemed worse than the accident itself. To make it worse, they installed a bumper so crooked, I had to complain to get it done right. Like the other reviewer mentioned, people who work there were all nice when I talked in person. But quality of work and communication skill with insurance company, rental car company and a customer was really bad.

I have to say that at the end of my experience, I wish I hadn’t gotten my work done here. The quality of the work is not the issue, and the people who work there are nice. However, if you’re planning on filing a claim through your insurance you really should avoid them. My negative experience has everything to do with the shop’s unwillingness to handle the claim, whereas I know from experience that other shops would have taken it on and I’d be on my merry way. I had to pay upfront for the cost and will need to deal with my insurance company to get reimbursed because they «don’t like to work with them.» It was troubling and incredibly awkward. I would suggest you figure that out upfront before ANY work gets done. Better yet, they should have thrown out that disclaimer at some point before any work was done.

kind of belated here… drove my newly fixed car to the relatives in Chicagoland over Christmas. My brother in law, a former body shop worker and current auto claims adjuster, looked it over inside and out and gave his verdict «Beautiful work!»
