History
Established in 2015.
We opened on East Lake Street with the goal of establishing a facility that could turn apples, pears, cherries and other fruit into alcoholic drinks, and also provide a a taproom where we could serve cider, wine and mead.
Meet the Business Owner
Jeff Z.
Business Owner
Jeff has been a winemaker for over 20 years and enjoys making innovative cider, mead and wine using unique ingredients. Jeff’s background is in landscape architecture, and is using that knowledge to develop a decentralized urban orchard in private yards and in underused public spaces. Jeff has also served on the board of a Minneapolis food co-op and as a member of his neighborhood District Council, founded a community garden in St, Paul.
