Hard cider, wine and mead made in the city of Minneapolis using foraged and locally sourced ingredients.

History

Established in 2015.

We opened on East Lake Street with the goal of establishing a facility that could turn apples, pears, cherries and other fruit into alcoholic drinks, and also provide a a taproom where we could serve cider, wine and mead.

Meet the Business Owner

Jeff Z.

Business Owner

Jeff has been a winemaker for over 20 years and enjoys making innovative cider, mead and wine using unique ingredients. Jeff’s background is in landscape architecture, and is using that knowledge to develop a decentralized urban orchard in private yards and in underused public spaces. Jeff has also served on the board of a Minneapolis food co-​op and as a member of his neighborhood District Council, founded a community garden in St, Paul.
