Tina teaches home-​style writing classes from her studio to both youth and adults.

Tina works one on one with kids of all ages. School work, collage applications, prodigy novels, whatever; she can help wheedle words to the page, focusing ideas and providing attention to young people and their work.

History

Established in 2011.

Tina has an MFA in creative writing. She taught creative writing at the University of Minnesota and has been developing her own teaching philosophy since 2002. She teaches youth at The Loft Literary Center and has been teaching and mentoring youth and adults from her studio since January 2011.

Tina is an amazing writing teacher for adults and children. She fosters relationships and a sense of community which support the writing. I took a number of classes with Tina, and always left inspired and happy and ready to write more. My ten year old sons took her youth writing class, and also left the class inspired and happy – and bursting with stories. I would recommend Tina to writers and aspiring writers and storytellers of all ages.
