Ticket King

My kids will see everything and or family loves sports. We have use Ticket King for gopher games, Vikings and concerts. We just got tickets for Jingle Ball and it was fast, easy and we got great seats at a good price. This place rocks!

Horrible!!! Stay away from them!!! They sold me two tickets for $ 226 (original price of each ticket was $ 60). After I paid it took them forever to download the tickets. I had to keep calling the entire day and was promised that the tickets would be downloaded any minute. This was the first red flag that it’s a scam. Also, when the tickets were finally downloaded they had someone else’s name on it. I called ticket master and they told me these tickets are invalid. I called my bank to try to cancel the transaction and unfortunately it didn’t work because ticket King has a lot of crazy policies that wouldn’t refund your money. They were very rude to me when I called to complain. And afterwards they were blaming me for waiting so long to dispute! I called my bank for a dispute right after I bought tickets and saw that these guys are on Rip-​Off Report and have a lot of bad reviews. I am very disappointed! Do not buy tickets from them!!!

I am SO frustrated! I ordered last minute circus tickets in Nashville, TN from this company. We got the tickets and chose eticket so there would not be a delivery charge. A few minutes after ordering I got a call that they were having server issues and later received another call saying they sold my same seats to someone else 11 minutes before I hit submit. I will say, they did a great job communicating with me when this happened and the guy who called me could not have been any nicer.
Today I was looking at our cc bill and noticed we were OVERCHARGED 38.50 for tickets that only cost $ 31. I called them and they said because I didn’t go directly to their site I had to pay a service charge and the delivery charge. NEITHER of which were presented ANYTIME in the purchasing process… in fact I purposely chose the free eticket delivery. I am so frustrated! I will NEVER buy tickets from this company again. That is a total rip off!

Purchased tickets from here a few times. Never impressed with prices, customer service, or anything else. I learned my lesson from here on out.

These guys are complete scammers. Do NOT buy from them. You will pay much more than face value. The seats you chose aren’t necessarily the ones you get. We paid $ 106 for a $ 33 face value.

Overpriced and a rip off. I had looked at them for tickets before and decided against it, but now the fact that they have acquired large amounts of free tickets to the All Star concert and are now selling them seals the deal that I will never even consider their service again. Booooo for Ticket King.

I really wanted to go to the Taylor Swift concert at the Xcel with my friends but the box office was sold out. The people that helped me at Ticket King were very friendly. I would use them again because I got last minute tickets and they didn’t charge me to pick up. The concert was fantastic and I’m so glad I was able to get tickets!
