Established in 2000.

Originally known as Three Sons Kitchen, this catering company became known at Three Sons Signature Cuisine in 2006. We are family owned and operated with award winning Executive Chef Ben McCallum providing exceptional meals for every event.

Business Owner

Chef Benjamin McCallum is our talented and award-​winning Executive Chef and a co-​owner of Three Sons. Ben works with clients to create the dinner parties and weddings that represent not only the personality and tastes of those clients, but also the flare and talent of an elite chef.

Chef Ben was classically trained in French cuisine and methods. He has also studied, perfected, and executed menus for clients in nearly every cultural cuisine imaginable. It is all about creativity and fusion for Chef Ben. Chef Ben has hired and trained over three dozen chefs to date, some of whom went on to restaurant success and some who have returned to work in his kitchens. Chef Ben is an advocate of his employees, students, and clients, always striving to make food fun, delicious, and decadent.
