Great service, pricing and timing! I printed my wedding programs with The Print Shop and wished I’d gone to them sooner. I made my own Save The Date’s, which was time consuming and didn’t turn out well; I took my invitations to Post-Net in Uptown and was charged an arm and a leg(though they did look great); and last minute, I realized I needed to print my programs. My wedding was on a Saturday, and I didn’t get the order in until the Wednesday before. The staff were super helpful with helping me select sizing and help me place the order. Unexpectedly they called me early the next day to tell me they were finished! They looked great, and the price was right. I’ve recommended other brides to go to The Print Shop as well. We chose this place initially because our Director is passionate about supporting local businesses. I emailed The Print Shop with some questions to see if they had the necessary equipment and staff to accomplish what we needed. I received a prompt reply asking for more specifics. Initial communications were good, but then my department received new mandates about the materials we needed so I went to follow up with The Print Shop liaison, Chuck. In my email to them, I gave more specific information and needed an updated quote to take back to management for approval. No reply from them for a week now. I don’t know what happened, but they went from same day answers to the cold shoulder after we submitted the additional information with the request for an updated quote. We decided today not to go forward with The Print Shop for our printing needs.
