We make some of the best meat-free meats and cheese-free cheeses available on the market in small batches mostly by hand at our shop in NE Minneapolis.
History
Established in 2015.
We hosted our first pop-up at the Minneapolis Farmer’s Market on June 7th of 2014. For the following 18 months we continued to make trips to that market, as well as a few others around town, while also selling at breweries and concerts. In January of 2016 we opened the doors to our first vegan butcher shop where we’re open to the public six days a week.
