Apparently I wasted money when I paid for 3 day priority shipping, because it is now day six and I still haven’t received my order. Too bad the trip I needed the shirt for was yesterday. I called customer service to enquire about the order status and the woman said she would look up my order and email me tracking information. Two hours later I called the other customer service number and the same woman answered. She said«Oh yeah, I was going to look up your order and figure out where your package is.» Good thing I called back to make sure she was(n’t) doing her job. Then she told me the package was delivered. After I confirmed that it was in fact NOT delivered, she told me that the computer shows the package as being«somewhere in your zip code». I’d suggest that you avoid ordering from this place. As for me, I guess I’ll be wandering around my zip code looking for my package. According to their computer, it’s out there, alone in the dark somewhere and winter is coming soon.

Sent defective items, and put us through hell to get a refund You better believe the other reviewers: Stop-Over Store sent us a defective item, then attempted to convince us that it’s not defective, then expected us to pay for shipping it back, then required three reminders before refunding our money. I recommend staying away from this business.

UPS left my package on the porch with a big gash on the side. Fortunately, the damage was only cosmetic and looked easily repaired by the user. I left an after hours message with Stop-Over Store Friday. I got a response first thing Monday morning from Greg that they’d send me the replacement part for free(I thought it’d be a waste to exchange the luggage, and I would also need it very soon). The replacement part arrived before the end of the week.

Interesting items and so-so prices. They are nice until there is a problem then their customer service is ROCKBOTTOM, so if you end up with a defective item, be prepared for a fight. I’ve had a handful of dealing with them in the past and they can be downright rude. Better to search online for items you want from companies that have better customer service. Also, their website has a lot of erroneous information, including their operating hours of their stores. When the errors are mentioned, they get defensive. Hey, if you can’t take a little feedback about incorrect information that YOU have posted, then maybe you shouldn’t be in business.
