SPS Inc. Started April of 2006 as Sheehan Property Services. Later changing our name to SPS Inc. We are a commercial Property Service Company we specialize in power washing parking ramps, garages, store fronts and cleaning sidewalks. We offer Janitorial services, porter services, facility engineer, onsite staffing, painting, 24 hour emergency service and onsite in sections.

Worked for Pro Contract as director of sales and marketing. The company was sold and I was offered a position as on site manager at the Crossroads Mall in Roseville, MN. The company that owned the Mall required that I was a business they did not want me as an employee so I started Sheehan Property Services. have back round in power washing I expanded that service I power wash well over one million square feet every year.
