Our mission is to make sure you have a worry free unforgettable experience when using our services. Smooth Riders Party Bus company services the Minneapolis Metro area.

Smooth Riders’ buses are nicer and more elegant than your typical Party Bus, but not at the price of a high end Limo Bus. Our buses and excellent customer relations are what set us apart from the competition. We strive to be extremely organized and responsive to our customers. We understand your event is once in a lifetime, and want to assure you that you can depend on us!

Though we rent buses for any occasion, we primarily specialize in Wedding related events. This includes Bachelorette, Bachelor Parties as well as Wedding day transportation services.

History

Established in 2010.

Smooth Riders is a local privately owned company. The idea was sparked on a Party Bus on one of the owner’s Bachelor Party!

Smooth Riders started with 1 bus, quickly grew to 2 buses after 6 months in operation and now has 3 buses. The owners have built the interiors of the buses, installed the stereos and do much of the maintenance themselves. This allows them to fully customize the buses and give the customers more for their money.

Smooth Riders is a registered legal Passenger Carrier with the state of Minnesota and US Department of Transportation (DOT). This means that all buses are inspected annually by professionals and daily by drivers or mechanics. All buses are insured to the proper liability limits. All drivers meet the DOT requirements for medical, driving, and criminal records.

Meet the Business Owner

Jesse J.

Business Owner

Jesse is one of two Smooth Riders owners. He is originally from Hutchinson, MN and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from NDSU. His full time day job is in Design Quality with a medical device manufacturer in Irvine, CA. He is still heavily involved in Managing Smooth Riders and is responsible for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Relations as the President of Smooth Riders. He has done everything from fix, build, clean, or drive buses to book customers and sign driver pay checks. When Jesse isn’t working, he enjoys, boating, hunting, mountain biking, skiing, working out, and off-​roading.
