Wow! Finally found a computer repair business that is head and shoulders above the rest. Prior to dropping off my fried laptop here, my experience with computer repair shops was aggravating, frustrating, and expensive.
Eric and Brian are honest, knowledgeable, and FAST! They had my laptop up and running in no time. They were so good I brought them another dead laptop I had given up on years ago for them to resurrect — another great job!!!

I came in today to have the battery replaced in my iPhone 5S and was incredibly impressed. For a very practical price, Eric replaced the battery on the spot and now the phone is basically new. Would recommend to anybody needing tech support. Particularly, if you need it done TODAY, give them a call. They will not let you down. They know what they are doing, are very kind and professional. If I ever have an issue with my mobile device or computer in the future, this is the first place I will go.

Great, speedy, friendly, competitively-​priced, and super conveniently located to my downtown office. My iPhone screen cracked and now you could never tell. They performed the wok on the same day I called and took less than 1 hour from the moment I dropped it off. Highly recommend!

I had seen Skyway Techs in the skyway and decided to email them for a quote because I needed to replace the cracked glass on my MacBook Pro display. Brad responded right away quoted me a very reasonable price. I brought my laptop in and they even had the replacement glass in stock so I didn’t have to wait for it to come in. I dropped it off at 11 and it was done by 3 that same day. Eric and Brad were both very helpful and did a great job!

When our current IT guy told us he was unable to resolve server issues that halted all work in the office, we reached out to Skyway Techs in a panic. Without access to our customer database, accounting systems or any of our documents, business was at a stand still until we could get the issues resolved.
Skyway Techs had a technician in our office in less than an hour, and not only fixed the problem but helped us understand what had caused the issues in the first place. Eric, our technician, was professional and friendly, even returning the next day to install a software update and make sure everything was operating smoothly!

My iPhone glass dropped and got smashed up pretty good.
I brought it into Skyway Techs, which is right in Downtown Minneapolis and dropped it off. It cost about $ 150, and I picked it up about 2 hours later and it was just like new.
Super great guy helped me out too. If it happens again, the convenience just makes it a no-​brainer.

iPad mini screen cracked last week and I’ve been trying to figure out which service wouldn’t take 2 days or more. I randomly stopped into Skyway Techs and the said they could fix it in a couple of hours! Love it.

After basically being told by the Geek Squad that it would be cheaper to replace my two-​year-​old computer than fix it with the error I described, I talked to the guys at Skyway Tech. They said they had seen this issue before and thought they could fix it and even salvage my photos, documents etc. they told me up front what it would likely cost and the approximate timeline to fix it. They were able to restore my computer, save my files and reload all applications. They even upgraded my security software. They did all this for a much more reasonable price than replacing my computer or having the Geek Squad fix it. I would recommend them to anyone.
