If you need to talk to a real person be prepared to be put on hold for a good long time just to talk to somebody that knows less about Satellite radio then the Amish do what a ordeal I refuse to pay for a service that is this bad with their customers all I wanted to do was renew my contract, the programming is great with everything you could ever want in a radio but the need help in customer service !
