Specialties
Seed to Seed Farm provides fresh and local vegetables through CSA (Community Supported Agriculture), Farmer’s Markets and Wholesale. Our produce is always grown without the use of synthetic chemicals, fertilizers or GMO seed. The health of you, your family and our environment are our number one concern.
History
Established in 2012.
After interning on organic farms for 3 years Ariel Pressman founded Seed to Seed Farm in 2012. In 3 short years the farm has grown from 1 acre to 7 — while still maintaining an eye for quality and a focus on the health of consumers and the environment. In 2012 and 2013 Seed to Seed sold at the Linden Hills and Midtown Farmer’s Market. This coming season Seed to Seed will sell at the Mill City Farmer’s Market — in addition to servicing CSA and wholesale customers.
Meet the Business Owner
Ariel P.
Business Owner
Originally from outside of Philadelphia — Ariel caught the farming bug in 2009 — deciding to lay to waste his entire expensive college education (don’t worry — his parents are supportive). After a brief stint in Vermont Ariel moved to the Midwest and fell in love with the Twin Cities and its people. He enjoys the plethora of co-ops, amazing beer and wonderful people the cities have to offer. Having grown up in a place where school is canceled after 4″ of snow — Ariel is now happy he can empathize with the weather related issues polar bears must have.
