It has become very apparent to me that I have terrible luck with burgers. My luck in this particular instance was no different. Figured I’d give Rock bottom a try the other day, heard they have a good burger, and who doesn’t love a good burger, right? Chose to go with the Cheddar Bacon Burger, came with fries, win right? Ordered it well done, that’s just my preference for burgers, don’t judge me. Burger came rare, very rare, like I’m pretty sure it was still breathing. Medium would not have been a deal breaker for me, that I could’ve eaten. This was nowhere close to that. Since I knew I’d be posting a review, I figured I’d attempt to push through, hopefully the burger had a really good taste and was seasoned pretty well. No. There is no way you can convince me that this burger patty wasn’t made of the lowest grade meat you can find anywhere. On top of that, I don’t think you can call one tiny pinch of salt, seasoning a burger. It was just bad. I hate that I sound harsh with this, but it honestly was that bad. Fries were just so bland. I could tell that they tried to season them, I could see oregano on the fries, but the flavor just never came through for some reason. some of them were undercooked as well. The fact that my burger was made incorrectly, and that it had no flavor, really made me feel like they didn’t care in the slightest, and that’s pretty upsetting. I will be back anytime soon, and by anytime soon I mean ever. But what do I know, I’m just a Unilocal Elite.

The décor and ambiance is great. The beer, excelent. The food is descent. however, you may die of hunger waiting for your food. If you have a bunch of time to kill then great. But if you have a schedule, I suggest you don’t go there. That why 3 stars.

I’d give it 3 stars, nothing was poor but nothing was great. We had 3 of the salads and a burger between the 4 of us and everything was pretty good, for me there are places I’d rather go for similar cost. We had the pretzel app as well, again, okay but wouldn’t need to go back for it.

Went there for dinner with my family to celebrate my graduation show. Our reservation was for 9 people, one kid. We get there and they tell me someone had called me and that I had approved them seating us in the bar area, I never received a call. The host was adamant that I had, I even checked my phone in front of her and had no record of it. We could only be seated at the bar which was no problem we went ahead with it. They ended up seating us in the farthest table on the bar side way after the pool tables, it was just far from everything and on top of that they let a recent hired waitress serve us by herself with no supervision, please understand that I have worked as a host and server so this is why I was so disappointed with how the rest of our evening went. We had questions on the menu, and our server couldn’t answer ANY of them. She was a great individual, she tried, but the service was just horrible. Drinks took forever, the chocolate milk they brought for the kid in our party was old and curdled milk and we could even see the curdles in the milk so I don’t understand how the waitress didn’t see that. It also smelled bad. Once our orders were brought out, one of the meals seemed to have been forgotten until we asked for it and then it came within like 10 – 15 minutes. Every time something went wrong a different waitress would come and take care of it which was just odd like if you see this girl struggling then she needs to be supervised. Common sense. I have been here before and my experience was completely different. While we waited forever for our check one of the people in our party decided to go find a manager because at that point it was just ridiculous, this manager came over frustrated and obviously angry saying that she had just gotten to work so she had no clue what happened at our table & she wanted to know what exactly we were missing from our orders, which was nothing because that wasn’t the problem. She kept interrupting us with an angry and loud tone, all we wanted to do was to explain to her that the service was bad. Enjoyed the food but I doubt I will ever go back.

Came here for Sunday football, they have happy hour all day! Their portions are good sized, and everything tasted delicious. For food I’d suggest the Cajun pasta, nachos and the jalapeño soft pretzels. For brews I loved the Amber, I took a growler home of it to enjoy later!

Lots of vegetarian options. Their jalepeno bread twists were so good. Big space, always room for seating. All around good grub spot before a Lynx game!

Love this beer. I tried the Howling Loon IPA and the Skol Vinr! Amber. Both were delicious. Wish I could stay for all of them! Staff took a fair minute to get to us, but after we were noticed, bartender was super nice and helpful!

We went there on the Saturday before Christmas at about 1:00, before seeing a musical at the Orpheum. The place was full, but they did not have sufficient kitchen or wait staff to handle everyone there. One would think when there is a Broadway play literally across the street, and it is the holiday season, and it is the weekend, that they would keep a full staff. It took over an hour for our food to arrive, with the waiter giving us some bland BS when we asked about the status. Fortunately, the manager came by and comped everything. The food itself was excellent, but we had to eat it very fast to make it to our show. I had the New York strip, medium rare. It was cooked perfectly, but had a little too much salt on top. The mashed potatoes were excellent, and the fresh vegetables were cooked how I like them, firm with a bit of crisp left. If the service had been better, I would have given it 4 or maybe even 5 stars.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgable about the beers they serve. Their pickle plate was interesting and worth a try. Will be back
