I don’t usually get the chance or have the budget to treat myself to full body massage so when I do I want to be sure that I’m getting my money’s worth. I’m happy to say that Restore, Relax, Repeat was worth every penny.
I’ve been suffering from the lingering symptoms of a recent sickness and still have a stuffy head, which Amanda was able to relieve by massaging my neck (lymph nodes). Also, I’m a runner and my calves are almost always tight, despite the usual stretching, but post this massage they are flexible and feeling much better. I often judge a good massage therapist by their ability to determine what muscle groups I use the most, and Amanda correctly figure I was right-​handed just from working on my back.
Anyway, I feel restored, relaxed and hope to repeat soon!
