Renee’s was OUTSTANDING! Every aspect of the experience was excellent… the first call, the reservation, the pre-​call to confirm… then the event! The driver, Kim, was absolutely perfect. Fun, professional, helpful, she added so much to the experience.
I HIGHLY recommend Renee’s. I’ve rented limousines a few times over the past several years, and this was by far the best experience.

Had a 30^th birthday party and rented the 10 person white town car limo. Mark was our driver and was so accommodating and so flexible when our plans were constantly changing! The limo itself had good accommodations– touch screen controls for everything in the limo. Iced bar with water, glassware and comfortable seating! We would use them again!

Very professional. Linda our driver was very nice and willing to make extra stops for us. Made our day a memorable one!

Also, the cost for our 4:00 rental period was completely reasonable. I called several other companies in the Twin Cities before making a reservation and Renee’s offered the best prices and the most friendly staff — the decision was a no brainer!

I had a very good experience with Renee’s when I threw a Bachelorette party for a friend. The were very friendly, polite, professional, etc. The driver (Rick) was great, and the limo was classy. I would highly recommend this company!

I have been meaning to write a review for Renee’s Royal Valet after my sister threw me an amazing, fun-​filled Bachelorette/​bridal shower weekend this month, and I can honestly say that their company’s customer service is one of the main reasons why it is a night I will never forget (nor will my guests). I was kindly greeted by Steve (a true gentleman) and he was an absolute gem from the moment he picked us up until the very last stop. I have been to several bachelorette parties where the transportation was simply a way to get from point A to point B and nothing more. I can truly say that with Renee’s impeccable service it wasn’t simply transportation, but a truly elegant experience. Once our guests stepped onto the state of the art limo bus (which smelled clean and had not a single speck of anything on the floor) I could tell they were all very impressed, which made me feel great. I would like to personally thank Renee for making this portion of the planning easier on my sister (who lives out of state) and for giving me a night I will –never– forget!

I hired Renee’s Royal Valet for my sister’s bachelorette/​bridal shower weekend earlier this month (October 2014). Hands down, the most amazing customer service of any of the companies I called. Renee herself often answers the phone and will go to great lengths to make sure you’re taken care of, and will never, ever try to take advantage of you (unlike a lot of the other places I called). Their rates are competitive and more than fair, and the vehicle we had was outstanding (limo bus– elegant and fun, not trashy like so many other companies). I even had to change our pick-​up time and location a couple of times THE DAY OF, and they never got annoyed or rude about it. They just always did their best to accommodate our needs, and when you’re coordinating 20 women, that is HUGE.
Our driver’s name was Steve and he was fantastic– he was funny yet professional, courteous, always on time (always early, actually). We loved him so much that we even tried to get him as our driver for the wedding! (all booked up. Great for them, sad for us!)
I can’t say enough great things about this company, really. Several weeks later, the girls are all still talking about what a wonderful time they had and how great the transportation was– we still talk about Steve!
