History

Established in 2008.

Delivering skillful, persuasive writing of grants, marketing materials, and strategic plans for nonprofit and social service businesses. Other services include creating job descriptions, HR policies, operations manuals, and board policies.

In 2008, wrote a grant proposal for Zumbro Valley Mental Health Center in Rochester, MN for outreach services to homeless adults living with serious mental illness and/​or substance abuse problems with a 2 year budget of $ 400,000. The project continues through June 2013. In 2011 & 2012, created a detailed strategic business plan for Sabathani Community Center, plus a Fast Facts document, satisfaction survey, and self appraisal form for board of directors. During 2012, created «A Supervisor’s Guide to Hiring Staff, Supervision, Performance Evaluations, and Terminations» for Oak Grove Community, which provides Assisted Living Apartments for men living with serious mental illness.
