Pieper Whitaker & Bjork, LLC («PWB») is one of the fastest growing CPA firms in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. With two offices, one in Plymouth and one in Bloomington, and over 30 professionals to serve our community, PWB’s legacy partners and professionals have been serving in the Twin Cities since 1981.

PWB was formed in 2012 by a group of partners who made the move from a large local CPA firm to create a new firm. The goal of this new firm is to provide a personal touch for clients, while delivering excellent advice and technical expertise.

As a tax and accounting partner, Mark Pieper, CPA, has over 25 years of experience helping both businesses and individuals succeed. Mark’s primary focus is providing tax planning services for emerging growth companies, shareholders, and closely-​held family businesses. He works with business clients in a variety of industries including service, software, manufacturing, real estate, construction and distribution. He also provides advice in structuring business entities, management advisory consulting, mergers and acquisition advice, and succession planning. In addition, he provides high net worth individuals with tax planning strategies, personal financial planning and estate planning services.
