Founded by three woman, (Gina Rios, Carissa Narcisso, Stephanie Polus) with a passion for life, culture, and sunshine, Pick *A* Paleta started with the simple idea of summer fun and its partner in crime, ice cream.

Pick *A* Paleta brings joy to those young and young at heart. Through clean and safe practices, it is our hope that we can gain the trust and support of the community.

where are you from?

born and raised in kansas city (the missouri side), but I have lived in san antonio, tampa, pensacola, st. louis, and moved to minnesota in 2009 from chicago.

how would you describe yourself?

i would describe myself as being a little out there. i am extremely creative, adventurous, and am one of those people that would take the risk of jumping off of something for the experience and suffer consequences later. i love hearing about people’s lives and personal experiences, and creating connections. i am passionate about youth and want to help them to reach their own personal aspirations in whatever way i can.

what is your role in Pick*A*Paleta?

i created the look, concept, and business plan. i run all of the day-​to-​day operations as well as dealing with vendors, hiring, partnerships… and other random things.
