Best sausage pizza in town! Great beer selection as well!

Overrated I really tried to like this place. The staff is great, however the pizza is just okay. Not good not terrible
I even went back to try it again still not good

BEST PIZZA PLACE IN SEVERAL MILES. We order Parkway all the time and the delivery is always timely, delightful staff and service, competitive prices, overall great pizza place!

Went here for a warm pizza on a cold evening. The waitress that took care of us, she never told us her name, but she was wearing a tie dye shirt and stood primarily behind the counter. I Ordered our sodas and pizzas then waited 20 minutes for our pizzas. The restaurant was busy with people picking up orders but one of the employees yelled to our waitress, «your 2 pizzas our ready.» To which our tie dye waitress replied, «ok. It’s not a big deal!»
When the waitress returned to our part of the table and the person I was with asked, «was it our 2 pizzas that weren’t a big deal?» And the waitress replied «oh…yeah…» The waitress was embarrassed and walked away after.
I understand restaurants get busy but to announce loudly that our orders were no big deal isn’t really acceptable. We are paying customers and have the same expectations that any other hungry, paying customers would have.

Best pizza I’ve had in the cities. Delicious sauce, and loads of it, is the key. I order quite frequently.

I love Parkway. For lots of reasons but 1 is square cut. I am from Chicago and besides deep dish, I prefer my pizza in squares.
It’s also just freakin good. Delivery is also fast. I can go into all the details of the pizza but I would just sound like a giant nerd.
The wings are also awesome.

Ordered at 5 PM and was quoted 30 – 45 minutes. Never received a call that our pizza was downstairs. (We work at the VA hospital) called back an hour later and they told us they had tried to call 3 times and we had given them the wrong phone number, which is very wrong because the number that was given to them was the number that rings to the front desk. 6pm– tried the delivery again. Excuse after excuse was all they had for us, and the pizza was cold and gross. 7pm– called back and they said they would send a free pizza for the unconvince. Well, they must have just walked in the door and yelled «free pizza!» Because it never arrived on our ward. 8pm — called and wanted to know where this free pizza was? We were told that it had been delivered. After arguing for a considerable amount of time, they offered to send out another free pizza. This one arrived, looking rather greasy and disgusting, but by the time you wait for 5 and a half hours were didn’t care. The only reason they get one star is for the «free» pizza and because I can’t give them half a star. –NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER

I wish I could leave 5 stars for the pizza and 1 for the service.
We had this pizza at a charity event, they generously donated pizza to a 5K benefit that some of our friends were running. It was delicious, and we really loved that they were supporting local causes, so we decided to order from them the following week.
We placed our order online, including entering in our address. About 15 minutes after we placed the order, they called us and said that they couldn’t deliver because we were outside their delivery radius, so we were going to have to come pick our pizza up. I don’t understand why our address wasn’t rejected by the website if it’s outside of their delivery zone. Even so, the right thing to do would have been to call and explain the situation, apologize for the website being incorrect, and deliver the pizza this time but let us know that they wouldn’t be able to deliver in the future. It was a huge inconvenience for us to have to drive out and pick it up after our delivery order had already been accepted by their online system. They need a better online system, and better customer service.

1^st time visitor, called in an order to go. Asked for a pizza with vegan cheese and mock duck. They called me five mins later saying they were out of vegan cheese and needed to get some, so the order would take closer to 45 mins or so, which was fine with me. Came back 40 mind later to find out they weren’t able I’ll locate any grocers that carried it. Just my luck.
Luckily, the staff offered to comp the wings and vegan cheese-​less pizza. They even gave me a free beer for the inconvenience. Very cool!
I will definitely be back to try their pizza, and the beer list was small but good which is a plus in my book.

Saw a billboard on the way to watching a movie at the river view so had to stop after the movie for a bite.
Seat yourself, they have plenty of booths and some outdoor tables. Charming neighborhood joint! We ordered a 12″ supreme with buffalo wings and a order of pesto toast. Everything was good. You could tell the wings were prob frozen because the side that was touching foil clung on losing a part of the chicken.
I love the fact they have two hh slots and serving local brews on tap.
We’ll prob stop in again when we are hungry in the Longfellow neighborhood

I heard this was great pizza and I had a coupon so we ordered from here last year. It was disgusting. I won’t order again.

Some really damn good pizza. Not just once, but every time we order it, I don’t really know why I haven’t written a review on these guys since we order a pie at least once a month. Consistently really good food. Pies and wings. Always friendly, and, always on time.

Sometimes, after a Saturday night out, all you want to maybe feel like a human being again is some frickin’ pizza delivered to your door.
Unfortunately, I live in a bit of a delivery blackout area, so my options are fairly limited. I figured I’d give this place a shot, since it delivers to my door and haha I’m not going outside today.
I ordered a really basic pepperoni with extra cheese, because I do not want your fancy nonsense on a day such as this. The cheese was a congealed mess by the time it got to me, but eh. It’s good for what it is, which is nothing exceptional. I wish the crust was a bit thinner, but it did the trick. I feel human enough to continue my marathon of Star Trek, which is all I need.

Very tasty and flavorful pizza! And they are not scimpy on the toppings! Will definitely order from here again. Highly recommend.

Super tasty pizza and pesto bread!

I have always had great experiences ordering delivery and dining in here. I love to order the Minnehaha Greek and my boyfriend loves the spicy chicken. We order it half and half with extra siracha sauce! We once ordered the artichoke dip and I was not a fan AT ALL, so I think we will always stick with pizza; I love the unique combos!
The dining room has a foosball table and a pool table (for free) which is another huge draw for us. Not a huge beer/​wine/​cider selection but enough to always find something we are happy with.
We have never had bad service and the restaurant is always clean and cozy and not super busy so we are seated and served quickly.
I love this place and would definitely recommend it.

Great «Minneapolis-​style» pizza. Super good hoagies. I live nearby and treat myself to delivery occasionally. It’s always delivered really quick and hot! I also enjoy dining in and playing a round of pool. It’s such a cozy spot.
If you’re looking for awesome pizza in minneapolis, Parkway should be on your list (along with Black Sheep and Fat Lorenzo’s). So good.

We’ve received coupons from Parkway Pizza before — but until a recent visit to Du Nord’s cocktail room, I hadn’t actually seen the menu and assumed that Pizza Luce would continue to be my safest bet for vegan pizza options. While waiting for my drink at Du Nord, I glanced down at the menus that Parkway printed (they deliver to the cocktail room) and noticed that «vegan cheese» and «mock duck» were both topping options! We had dinner at home that night but I spent a week craving pizza so we finally decided to put our coupon stack to good use and order one from Parkway.
The coupon we decided to use was a «$ 20.50 for 3-​topping 16-​inch» and included tax + free delivery. We tried to order from the website but as we attempted to get to the payment/​punchout portion of the site, our order was deleted… so, we wound up calling it in — and they were kind enough to accommodate our request for a half and half pizza, a necessity when one of us eats neither meat nor cheese and the other would like extra of both!!!
The order came within 30 – 45 minutes, per the website’s promise, and the extra cheese and meaty side looked decent… like the delivery pizza of my childhood. The vegan cheese/​mock duck/​pineapple/​jalapeño side, however, was a bit sadder. From Unilocal,I read that Parkway uses Daiya. I am assuming this has changed because when I make my own pizza — or order Daiya-​topped from Luce — the «cheese» becomes melty. Sure, it is never going to look like real cheese and cook-​time might be a little more precarious if you’re doing a half real cheese/​half vegan, but the vegan cheese was straight up cold and showed no signs of even partial melting. The sauce was also a bit bland (I added red pepper flakes and garlic salt from our kitchen to spruce it up a bit) but I did like the crust! And crust is pretty important.
Overall I wasn’t blown away by any means — but I would order again just to mix things up/​give them another shot. Maybe I’ll try either entirely cheeseless or a pizza with ONLY vegan cheese to see if they cook it long enough to get meltier. Again, I appreciate the option to get vegan ingredients from another pizza joint in town, I just wish the execution were a bit better.

Been ordering Parkway’s pizzas for a few years now. Love them – from the carnivore special to plain cheese. Always consistently delicious.
They also make a fantastic Mac and cheese dish. And the hot wings rock.
Great neighborhood place. Highly recommend them. Dine in (they serve wine), or delivery.

I have lived I the area for a year and a half and am a fan of Parkway Pizza but since they relocated to Minnehaha Ave it’s been difficult to find parking so I have not been at their establishment for some time.
Delivery is fast and even if the estimated time is an hour they hit in less time, but I feel guilty ordering delivery when I am capable of picking up, but with available parking being an unknown it’s just easier.
Last night I had a pizza worthy of being on their ads. I have to say by far the best pizza I have had from them. Generous toppings and something more creamy about the cheese. I can’t stop talking about it. Thank you Parkway.
