Manager

Jim helps homeowner clients take the mystery out of being their own general contractor. As the consultant or project manager, Jim works one on one with his client (s) through the design specifications, budget and schedule building, and ensuring highly skilled subs are on the project at reasonable costs. He trains clients how to get the quality they want in their home improvement project and how to save to 35% in the process.
