New Boston Square

I’ve moved in March, 2015. It looked very nice and homie when I first arrived here having someone to show me around. There were sofas on every level just right outside of the elevator. A media center behind the leasing office where you can read and relax as well as a printer for residents to use. However, the new MGM MGMT company took over the business and everything I mentioned above is gone! They have started tons of different projects all at the same time, trying to refurnish everything in order to raise our rent. They cut our water quite often (almost once a month) and recently the neighbors above us moved out and they want to put laundry room in the unit which is fine. But us who living below had to suffer! It took them more than TWO WEEKS to put pipes in our storage room next to the guest bathroom so we had to move everything out and put them in the living room temporarily. For 2 weeks, no one can use the living room!!!
What’s even worse, the MGM company has no communication with either the building manager nor the contractors, no one knew what was going on, no one knew that what would it be done, no one could answer any questions. I’d admit that the location is awesome which I have nothing to complain but they’ve raised our rent since August and I don’t think this is how they suppose to do their job!
