As the founder and owner of MKT Law, PLC, in St. Paul, I represent clients in shareholder and partnership disputes, breaches of contract, construction law disputes and matters of unfair business competition, as well as other litigation. I also provide a wide range of services, including business formation, operations and sales, contract drafting and negotiations, and collections.

Business Owner
Mark has been practicing business law since 1999 and he is a proactive, creative and strategic litigator. In 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008, he was named a «Rising Star» by Minnesota Law & Politics, Twin Cities Business Monthly and Mpls. St. Paul Magazine. Mark has extensive experience in complex commercial cases before state and federal courts He is also extremely skilled in settlement negotiations and client advisement and counseling.
Prior to forming MKT Law, PLC, Mark was a business litigation attorney at a leading law firm in Saint Paul, Minnesota, where he was responsible for representing a broad range of clients with shareholder disputes, contract claims, trade secret/intellectual property misappropriations, construction claims, enforcing creditors’ rights/remedies, as well as numerous other areas of law.
