Front desk staff was friendly. Tooth extraction was quick & painless under sedation. I am still healing. I saw the surgeon for a total of 8 minutes at my consultation and the physician who I believe was the anesthesiologist for 2 minutes before he sedated me.
I was treated like a nuisance for asking questions. Questions were dismissed («that’s completely impossible») without any further explanation.
I was even told by the front desk that the reason I needed a driver there at all times was because they had a very busy surgery day & didn’t want the recovery room backing up.
Overall impression is that they are running the practice like a factory. I felt like a patient on a conveyor belt being shuffled through.
Not impressed.
