Worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Stood in line for 5 minutes while teenagers teenaged and were not helpful or cordial. when I got my food it has weird and disgusting attributes. Please avoid this location at all costs.

It’s unfortunate that this location has gone down hill in customer service and quality. I’ve been visiting this McDonald’s for the past 12 years as it is in my neighborhood and find that each visit through the drive-thru is very poor. Tonight was no exception. Here are some examples from my last few visits: Tonight’s visit: cold French fries. The young woman at the 2nd window didn’t acknowledge nor thank me. She shut the window quickly after she passed me the food.(This is a very common practice at this location) Management is not training their employees on customer service. On a previous visit, I was inquiring about a featured burger that was on the drive-thru sign… the one taking my order didn’t know about this item and didn’t know how to describe it. Again lack of training. I usually go to the drive-thru outer order line but because the inner order appeared to go quicker. The menu is quite a distance away and I couldn’t read some of the items. I mentioned it to the cashier when I was paying. He said others complained about the same thing. He said corporate knows but has not done anything about it. It really surprises me that the General Manager doesn’t push the owners to have the menu sign larger. On 2 occasions, the bun for my burger was very dry, it tasted old. I would have returned the burger but I just wanted to get home. This is an easy fix, throw the buns out if it’s old or dried out. The reason I continue to visit is because o proximity to my home and because I really don’t care for the taste of the flame broiled burgers at Burger King. I will say that when I’m not in the mood for a burger but a salad, my preference is BK because of the customer service, for me, has always been superb. Seeing a smile at the end of my work day is good to see. The cost of McDonalds combos are almost the cost other restaurants at family owned businesses., it just that they lack drive-thru’s, a convenience I rely on. I hope McDonalds management reads the Unilocal reviews because it appears that the experiences of the other customers are the same. It boils down to a few things, hiring the right people, lack of training and follow-up by management. Please do something to better your customer service.

I used to frequent this place anytime I drove by the area. I used to consider this place fantastic. Over the last couple of years, this place has taken a turn for the worse. They usually do a great job at keeping the place clean. I have not had many issues with cleanliness and clutter. When I ate my food inside, I have felt comfortable sitting along one of their tables. However, most of the employees here are rude. They seem like they do not want to be there, nor does it seem that they care about their customers. I usually do not feel comfortable talking to them, besides telling them what I want to order. Most of them also give me attitude when I request one or two condiments. Management skills are lacking. I have seen them walking around and not doing much to lead the employees. I know that management has seen employees do a lot of misconduct, but management does not seem to care. I have seen some of the managers be equally rude to their customers in comparison to the employees. Almost every time I have been there, I have had to wait an obscene amount of time to get my order. This has even happened during their slow times. It appears that this is happening because they are always understaffed. Numerous times, once I get my food, it has been the wrong order. Many of these instances, I have had to wait an additional obscene amount of time for the correction. Only a few times have I ever gotten an apology for the long wait. Unless some miracle changes are made soon, I will try to avoid this place in the future. I do not feel like I can count on them for a good experience.

Apparently an order of 6 items was too much for the cashier to handle. Probably her first job. She needs some managing. I hate having to go up and reorder. Even after I repeated my order three times. Food was still what you would expect from McDonalds.

I came here a few times around midnight. Each time, i waited over 20 minutes for a burger and the bun was spongy and wet. It seemed like the burger was a few hours old and reheated in the microwave. No suprise that i had runny poop the next day.

Morning shift – 5 starts Night shift – 3 stars Morning shift is always on top of their game. Their morning crew is delightful to have serve my food. I go to their drive-thru when I’m in the area. They are fantastic at what they do. Night shift disappoints me a little. On their behalf, the food is fresh and served accurately. Also on their behalf, the night manager(the one who wears the bun on her head) is lovely. Unfortunately, I find this crew less delightful than the morning crew. They don’t seem as enthused to be there as the morning crew. I find that I have to wait a while for my food almost every time I’m there at this hour.

every time I have ever been to this McDonalds they have always forgot something. EVERYTIME. The first few times I got all the way home before I noticed. I mean I guess if u don’t mind having to go thru the drive thru twice everytime. But I’m not that dude.

I would not suggest going to this Mcdonalds. There are several occasions I went there and left highly disappointed. Every time I went I left missing something. Straws, napkins, food. I once went at 2:30am and they said they were only serving breakfast. Employees there are very rude and often times run out of food. Not somewhere I will be going to in the future.
