Specialties

At Living Next Level in Minneapolis, MN, expert fitness coaches have one goal in mind: To bring the best personal training services to you. That’s right, these NASM and NPTI certified personal trainers provide you with customized training programs tailored to match your health and fitness goals.

So, how does training with Living Next Level work? Typically, an exercise trainer will use the gym at your apartment complex or housing community. If you do not have access to a community gym, then the trainer will come to your home, bringing exercise equipment to you. Also, if the weather permits, you and your personal trainer have the option of exercising outdoors.

In your initial assessment, your personal trainer will look for muscle imbalances and develop a plan to correct them. Your sessions will prioritize safety, focusing on aerobics, weight training, body weight exercises, resistance band training, suspension training, and HIIT (high intensity interval training). If you are looking for a fun, intense, and effective full body workout, look no further. Living Next Level will bring you exactly what you need.

If you live in Minneapolis and have trouble fitting exercise into your hectic schedule, the trainers at Living Next Level will bring fitness to you. What are you waiting for? Now is the perfect time to get healthy and get happy…

History

Established in 2015.

Living Next Level started as an idea to actually personalize, personal training. I know this sounds redundant, but after spending many years in a gym setting, it became abundantly clear that this is typically not the case, and we wanted to change that. We wanted to make training fun, but also ensure that it helped people to achieve their goals and needs, fast and effectively, yet in a fun and healthy way. After discussing this, the topic became, how do we help more people? People without gym memberships, without convenient access to a home gym, and without the people in their lives to motivate them to do these things? How do we work to accomplish all of these things? We want to help as many people as possible, but we want to help them the right way, and we want to make it as convenient for them as possible. These are the thoughts that eventually bred our vision of, what is essentially, a delivery personal training business.
