Liv has an intuitive, empathetic, holistic approach to massage, and is just a lovely person to deal with, in general.
When I first started seeing her, I had had past massage experiences that were negative. But she took great pains to make sure I felt comfortable, supported and safe and has helped me work with (and, if need be, around) my injuries for well over a year now.
She is an excellent listener and helpful in getting her clients to tune into their bodies (even when their bodies don’t want to cooperate.)

I have seen Liv for more than a year for both traditional massage and CranioSacral Therapy. She’s a fabulous practitioner– caring, attentive and skilled in her trade. I have also referred patients of my own to see Liv, and I trust that they will get the care that they need in her hands. I treasure the time that I spend on her table; I know I will get relief from body aches and pains as well as professional attention.
