History

Established in 2003.

Brian has been investing in Southwest Minneapolis since 1991. Lifecycle Real Estate was formed in 2003 to help others produce sustainable cashflow and build wealth with their real estate holdings.

When the housing market declined in 2005, friends and neighbors asked Brian to manage their homes because they had to move for their job and did not want to sell in the «bad» market.

The «neighborhood focus» proved to be an effective strategy for delivering almost immediate results to homeowners wanting to convert to a rental. Brian’s focused advertising creates constant inquiries from tenants around the world moving to Southwest Minneapolis. Often times we have inquiries 9 months in advance of their move.

Today, the job market and housing market has improved somewhat, but there are still reasons to rent your home now and sell it later.

Often times, Brian’s team can sell your property at the lease end, maximizing your return on investment by avoiding vacancy, staging costs, etc.
